All these 5 stars seem to be fake reviews. Look on other places they have 2.6. I wish I did more research. When I brought my family van here, it was running perfect. It just kept saying hot then cold in matter of seconds. They called me first saying easy fix and it be $250 then called back and said o no we found a lot more we need $1800. So we get the work done and now my car smokes, leak fluid, oil pressure goes up, and runs horrible. They tell us we need a PCM in the car which we brought back to get which was only suppose to be $1200. They called us back and said $6000 worth a work is needed and when my husband said for what I thought it needed a PCM, and the guy said oooooo yeah I think that would def work also. They are sooo full of it and I hope God handle these people and this place. I have 6 children and they did this to my family . Also the guy was trying to talk us into abandoning our van to them because of the so called so much work is needed. Yeah hell has a nice place for this place and the people in here. DO NOT GO! THEY DO NOT DESERVE A 1 star they should have -5. I have documents that they stated themselves we had no leaks when they tested our coolant system and now it's nothing but leaks since we got back and has a crack. ‍ What a joke. This place put my babies in harm just so they can have extra money. I wish I would have been patient. I only chose this place because they are right up the street from me and I wanted the small issue fixed with my children being in my car. To your reply to your response we never had high oil pressure in the car at all until you touched it or a crack no where or leaks. You stated the leaks your self in doc below. We brought our car back like 5 times to you and you never fixed nothing just more problems and when we came to get the pcm your company called back saying $6000 worth of work and when my husband mention the pcm you said ooo yeah that would work. Do you guys know about cars or just guess ‍ and you did not speak to my husband the first times it was me. I told you that the car keeps over heating in seconds and my husband just brought you the car. Now the second time he told you on his way home the oil pressure is going up and we never had that issue and you told him to return it which we did and he drives the car home again to park our car in our garage so we can look for another shop because you wanted so much for pcm , we notice fluid all in our garage which we never did before. My husband calls you to let you know and you guys said bring back again, now this time we decided to just go head get the pcm from you guys and that's when you said $6000 worth of work and when he said what about the pcm you said ooo yeah. Like make sense please. Your full of it and just lying but it's okay because God will handle you and your company . Hope you stay cool in hell. Also we never got pics. AGAIN GUYS DO NOT GO HERE!! I think that was a one off thigh, because i had always had a pleasant experience there before. Due to my less than stellar visit, I put in a very detailed and wordy complaint. No one reached out to me, so I had to go another route which got me a call, but Yoon returning the call, I never got another call back! I had forgotten about my issues at hand and it was brought back to my attention that issues were never resolved! I reached out online and was told someone would contact me within 48 business hours. I actually got a call first thing the next morning, phenomenal! I spoke with Tommy, who oversees multiple locations and we talked about my previous issues and he told me to come in for a free diagnostic, and we'd take it from there. I got my diagnostic done and they found one problem that was causing one of my two issues I've been experiencing. They had to order a part for me that wouldn't arrive until 330, so they did to just come back and it should only take 15-20 minutes. The estimate was right on point! All the gentlemen in the location were very nice and informative, and i have nothing but good things to say of them all. I was told of a couple of other things I may want to take care of, and i will be taking care of them at this location going forward. This local Firestone had good reviews, so I made an appointment on the app for four services to be done the next morning. On my arrival, I identified myself and requested the four services. Two hours later, my car was ready and we continued on our six hour ride home. That afternoon we stopped in Baltimore for gas and that's when I noticed an annoying scratch on the rim closest to the fuel filler cap. This scratch appeared 3-4 weeks ago and I don't know how it happened, but it bugs me. But now seeing that scratch on the same wheel location as before I got the tire rotation means that Firestone failed to rotate that wheel. I was furious. I called the shop and spoke with Mark, the manager on duty. I explained the situation and how his mechanic didn't rotate my tires. But did he rotate or not rotate the other side?? Mark looked over my work order and saw how the original service advisor noted the tire rotation from my app request, but he didn't request the service to be performed. He acknowledge the failure, owned up to the failure and repeatedly apologized. He wanted me to come back so they could perform the work, but as mentioned earlier, I live six hours away. Also, FWIW, I have "lifetime" alignment, rotation and balancing, so there was no direct financial loss to me. Mark expertly defused my anger. Instead of BSing me, he owned up to the mistake and wanted to fix it. I understand that mistakes happen. I appreciate the way he handled my anger and for that reason, this Firestone gets five stars from me.
