The tire they sold me BTW. So I thought I would stay local and called Lee Hill Auto Service. Lee Hill Auto Service is right around the corner from my house. I had never gone there for service. After today, they will be my #1 place for my cars. They sent a person over who inflated the tire so I could drive it in. The tire was quickly fixed and I was charged much less than just the tow truck alone would have cost. Everyone I encountered were friendly and nice. If you can do business with a nice person, that is a bonus in my book. The office and waiting area was clean and bright. We will be back (hopefully not too often).

None of the repairs had an impact on passing the inspection. Shocked, I felt something was not right so I picked up my car and told the dealer I will seek a second opinion. I found Favio on Yelp and sent him screengrabs of the video sent to me from the dealer. He contacted me immediately stating we need to talk. He told me that the parts were not defective and this is a typical tactic dealerships are using against owners. He also said he could not in all honesty perform repairs when they are even warranted. While I was looking for any car repair place at all, smoke started coming out of the hood. Luckily, I saw the sign for Meineke on Patriots HWY (Route 1) & pulled in. I am in my 60s and have driven some nasty old cars in my day so I have way too much experience with mechanics & repairs and this place was amazing. The owner, Sohail & Marvin the mechanic & Matthew could not have been kinder if it was their own mother stuck there. I broke down on Friday afternoon and they did their best to try to find me a rental car (they all closed at 5) even having an employee drive me around to see if anyone might still be in the office a few minutes after closing. From there, Sohail dropped everything to find me a motel room that wasn't expensive, but also was not in a dangerous location. Like I said, how he'd treat his own mother. He even gave me a ride to the motel & made sure I was checked in and had a decent room. My 18 year old Jeep had a lot of issues, mostly the radiator & they worked all day Monday & half of Tuesday to make sure I'd be safe on my long drive, even plugging a tire that had a slow leak I'd been dealing with for years. I wish they were local. I wouldn't hesitate to make them my regular mechanics. I'd recommend them to anyone needing car repairs in that area. Thanks again, Sohail. It's so good to know people like you exist.

I think that was a one off thigh, because i had always had a pleasant experience there before. Due to my less than stellar visit, I put in a very detailed and wordy complaint. No one reached out to me, so I had to go another route which got me a call, but Yoon returning the call, I never got another call back! I had forgotten about my issues at hand and it was brought back to my attention that issues were never resolved! I reached out online and was told someone would contact me within 48 business hours. I actually got a call first thing the next morning, phenomenal! I spoke with Tommy, who oversees multiple locations and we talked about my previous issues and he told me to come in for a free diagnostic, and we'd take it from there. I got my diagnostic done and they found one problem that was causing one of my two issues I've been experiencing. They had to order a part for me that wouldn't arrive until 330, so they did to just come back and it should only take 15-20 minutes. The estimate was right on point! All the gentlemen in the location were very nice and informative, and i have nothing but good things to say of them all. I was told of a couple of other things I may want to take care of, and i will be taking care of them at this location going forward. I just gotta recuperate my finances from the holidays, first! 5/5, highly recommend!
