First and last time coming to this location. We brought in our 2021 Kona Electric to get checked…read morefor any maintenance it might need. Dropped it off on Wednesday, May 7th and were told that it might stay over the weekend and we would get a phone call with an update. Two days passed and we hadn't heard anything. So we call the service department on the 9th and they say they'll call us back later that day. We never got a call back. We call them again on the 10th and the person who answered says they are short staffed because of Mother's Day and could not give us an update on the car, again saying they'll call back. Two more days passed without any contact at all so we call again on Monday the 12th to ask about the car. The person on the phone asks if we got the right location because they can't find any information about us or the car we dropped off. At this point we were obviously concerned, so we drove to the location around 1pm to speak to them in person. The guy asks for our last name, and when we tell him, he says he can't find anyone in the system with that name. Thankfully, we brought a spare key and were able to prove that the Kona in their lot was ours. The guy then explains that they hadn't even looked at the car, that they only had one EV mechanic, and that they were going to get started on it that afternoon. Again, saying we would receive a call. We never received a call that day. They finally took a look at the vehicle on the 13th or 14th, a whole week after we brought it in. And WE had to be the ones to contact them to get an update. They had told us the car "stopped charging" all of the sudden and they already ordered a part that was going to take an entire month to arrive. It was frustrating having the car at this location without any updates or follow-through on communication. Not to mention not even having our correct information in their system. We would understand if they had been honest and explained to us from the beginning that they were busy and wouldn't be able to look at the car until a week later. But keeping us in the dark about everything was super unprofessional. I was also 8 months pregnant and working at this point so having transportation was essential for us at this time. It would have been the bare minimum to be taken into consideration and communicated to as the costumer. Eventually, they gave us a loaner and we didn't get the car back until 5 weeks later. And now we have to deal with visible damage to the front bumper which was never there before. In addition, it looked like someone intentionally unplugged our dash cam and didn't bother to set it back up before returning the car to us, so the cable was just hanging there in front of the windshield. I assume they didn't want to be liable for anything that might have been caught on camera while working on the car or taking it out for drives? That felt sketchy. Oh, and a noticable sticky stain was left on the floor that smelled like monster energy drink, along with greasy fingerprints all over the dash. I'm assuming they took the car out to grab lunch? It was in mint condition when we left it. Seeing the other negative reviews, I know others have experienced similar things. I should have looked before deciding where to go. Since then, we've taken the car to Riverside Hyundai and it's a night and day difference. Pleasant people to work with, smooth communication and quick service.

He was very patient, and accommodating, this was a long process getting the loan approved, cutting the check for the down payment, sending the documents back and forth from Guam and California. Mark had made the scary process of buying a car online sight unseen a very pleasant one. I was very thankful I found Mark and CAW. I would highly recommend CAW to anyone who needs a vehicle online or otherwise. Mark is an honest sincere person, it was a pleasure working with him to make my Automotive dreams come true!!

Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience with Spreen Mazda. Their communication is…read moreabsolutely terrible. Getting a clear answer from anyone here feels like pulling teeth, and they showed a complete lack of respect for my time. I had been in contact with Brayan about this vehicle basically from the moment it was listed. I was told the car was still going through reconditioning and inspection, so I waited for it to be ready. Throughout that time, I stayed in communication, asked questions, and eventually made an appointment for when the vehicle would be available. I also communicated with the manager, Matt. They knew I lived about an HOUR away. They knew I had an appointment. They knew I was coming specifically to see this car. I rearranged my work schedule, left work early, sat through traffic, and drove all the way to Loma Linda to make the appointment on time. What makes me furious is that they were emailing me back and forth as though everything was still on and I would be able to see the vehicle. Not once did anyone have the basic courtesy to tell me that someone else was there actively trying to purchase it. I arrive at the dealership only to be told the car is being sold. Are you kidding me? I completely understand that a dealership cannot necessarily hold a vehicle and that a walk-in customer can show up at any time. That's not the issue. The issue is COMMUNICATION and basic respect for someone else's time. If you know a customer with a scheduled appointment is driving an hour to your dealership and another customer is in the process of potentially purchasing that exact vehicle, how difficult is it to send a quick email, text, or make a phone call saying, "Just wanted to give you a heads-up before you make the drive"? Instead, they allowed me to waste my time, leave work early, drive an hour through traffic, and show up for an appointment for a vehicle they already knew someone else was trying to buy. That is incredibly inconsiderate. I wasn't expecting special treatment or asking them to turn away another buyer. I expected the bare minimum level of professionalism: COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER. Especially when you've been speaking with that customer throughout the entire process and know they're actively on their way. The lack of courtesy and communication from Spreen Mazda was honestly unbelievable. I would have appreciated even a 30-second heads-up so I could decide whether it was worth making the drive. Apparently, respecting a customer's time is too much to ask. Unprofessional to the core. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

She said OK no problem. So, we go down to Moss Bros San Bernardino and Hannah Marie end up being the service writer that we dealt with. We told her the issue she told us that for a diagnostic it will take 3 to 4 days. I was a bit confused as the lady on the phone did not tell us this, and once I expressed that confusion, Hannah immediately got a bit of an attitude with me. Well, we still decided to go ahead and leave our truck and wait the 3 to 4 days for the diagnosis. Day 4, my husband tried to call Hannah (she had given him her card) 3 times, left 2 voicemails and received no call back. So, we decided to go down there after dropping the rental car off that we had to get due to his truck being down for a few days. Spoke to Hannah again, my husband explained to her that he called 3 different times and left voicemails with no response back. With a nonchalant attitude she said I never got any voicemails, my husband tried to show her that he called and she said, oh no its fine. It's fine?! That you are ignoring your customers and not keeping them updated? Gotcha! And then she proceeds to tell us that our truck has not even been touched. She did not give any valid reasoning, never apologized, the whole time her attitude; completely nonchalant, like this was our problem and not hers. She says, tomorrow by 5pm we'll have a diagnosis. OK the next day we show up, still NOTHING! This dealership had our truck for 5 days just for a diagnostic and never once did anything! No apologies or "excuses" that made sense. Just a bad nonchalant attitude from Hannah Marie! My husband got our truck back from them and we went elsewhere. My husband used to take his truck here to get an oil change and will definitely NOT be returning for any reason! Moss Bros. I don't enjoy that kind of yapping. We shared many laughs and it didn't feel rigid and forced. This is my most positive car buying experience yet and I am grateful. We had to wait a bit for the car to charge so that would be my only gripe but that doesn't take away from the amazing customer service. Clay made sure we had snacks and water while we waited. Wow, wow, wowzers!!!…read more "I enjoyed my experience at this dealership," is not a phrase I thought I would say. Yes, I've experienced good oil changes before but this one...it was superb! After making the same day appointment with Mike over the phone and being greeted by Lauren, it was a smooth experience. Lauren went over what I needed done for my vehicle and then showed me to the waiting area. The main waiting area had water, snacks and even dog treats. There was a second quieter waiting area near three partitioned work cubicles for doing work, or just if you needed the safe, quiet space. I get overwhelmed and the quiet sensory space was perfect for me. The bathrooms were nearby and there was a vendor who came by with fresh fruit which was perfect for a warm sunny day. I didn't partake that time but maybe next time. There was also free popcorn in another area of the dealership which I saw my neighbors enjoy. Time went by fast and soon Lauren was coming to get me. She sent me a link for the complimentary inspection. I didn't think anything of it because I had received complimentary inspections before from other oil change places and they were usually PDFs of what the technician did. NOPE. Spreen Subaru excels at blowing your mind! When I opened the link, it was the multi-point vehicle inspection and photos...but wait there's more! There was a...video?!?! Yep. Alonso, the technician showed me a comprehensive and transparent video where he paid attention to detail to my car. He measured all four brake pads and all four tires tread depth! He even cleaned the engine oil filter housing surface before twisting the new filter on. What a pro move! The video was so clear that it even gave me total peace of mind about a minor cosmetic scrape I knew I had underneath--I could see for myself that all the mechanical components were untouched even though I had scraped some of the protective undercoating off. My mind was blown! This dealership is TOP-TIER!!! I forgot to mention, I purchased a package for my oil change and tire rotation and the price was extremely fair. They also provided me with a military discount for my military service! This is the kind of review I love to write because you can support a local business and give them the recognition they deserve! It's evident that the employees take pride in their work. The level of detail the report gave me reassured me that my vehicle is mechanically safe and healthy. I definitely recommend Spreen Subaru in San Bernardino for your Subaru. Their service department and professionalism is second to none!

I came across Toyota of Redlands and noticed that their online price was very reasonable. I called ahead to make sure they had plenty of the pink coolant in stock. I also asked if the online price was the same price I would pay if I purchased it at the dealership. The employee I spoke with confirmed that the online price was the same as the in-store price, so I decided to make the trip and purchase the coolant. When I arrived, I was greeted by Adrian in the Parts Department. I explained that I had called a few days earlier and was there to purchase the Pink Coolant. However, when Adrian gave me the price, I noticed it was higher than the online price. He explained that the online price and in-store price were different. I told him that the employee I had spoken with previously had specifically confirmed that I would pay the same price at the dealership. Although the previous employee had given me incorrect information, Adrian handled the situation in a way that really stood out to me. He could have simply charged me the regular in-store price, but instead, he took the initiative to honor the online price as a one-time courtesy. I was very grateful for what he did. It wasn't necessarily about the price difference--it was the fact that Adrian took ownership of the situation and made sure I left feeling valued as a customer. His professionalism, understanding, and willingness to make things right turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. Overall, my personal experience with the Toyota of Redlands Parts Department was great, and Adrian's customer service made a lasting impression on me. In my personal opinion, I would definitely recommend their Parts Department in my personal opinion. I will also be returning in the future whenever I need Toyota parts or accessories. I have always…read morehad pleasant experiences here in the past, which is why today's experience was especially disappointing. I brought my car in because I had been hearing a noise coming from the driver's side for several weeks. After waiting a little over two hours, I was contacted by Steve, the service manager, and was told that there was nothing wrong with my car. I explained that I disagreed with the diagnosis because I could clearly hear the noise while driving. I was told that they have the best technicians and that if the technician didn't hear anything, then there was nothing wrong. I was essentially told that if I continued to hear the noise in a few more weeks, I could bring the car back and wait again to have it checked. As I was walking out, I decided to stop and speak with someone else because I knew something was wrong with my car. Thankfully, I spoke with Alex, who was extremely kind and helpful. He brought over Jimmy from the body shop, and these two gentlemen immediately took my concern seriously. They took me outside and quickly found a large nail in my tire. I was shocked because this was something that should have been identified during a thorough inspection, especially after I specifically brought the vehicle in because of a noise coming from that area. Jimmy then got in the car with me and took it for a drive. Within 10-20 seconds, he heard the exact noise I had been complaining about for the past three weeks. This was despite being told that the technician, Robbie, had completed a full diagnosis and found nothing wrong. I am very confused and concerned by this experience. If Alex and Jimmy had not taken the time to listen to me and actually investigate the issue, I would have left believing there was nothing wrong with my car -- when there was clearly an issue that was noticeable almost immediately. I am extremely grateful to Alex and Jimmy for their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to listen to me when I knew something wasn't right. They are the reason this issue was finally identified. However, I am very disappointed with the way my concerns were handled by Steve and with the diagnosis performed by Robbie. This experience has left me questioning whether my vehicle was actually inspected as thoroughly as I was told it was. I have trusted Toyota of Redlands for my vehicle, and after today, I hope management takes this situation seriously and looks into what happened. Customers should feel confident that when they bring their vehicle in with a specific concern, that concern is genuinely investigated -- especially when the customer is telling you they can hear and feel something is wrong.
