Navid, the owner, assessed the damage and took the car in for repair and had his guys start on it right away. What appeared to be a minor issue turned out to be much more major and required that they re-manufacture a portion of the door. The gentleman that did the work is an absolute artist and even color matched the paint by eye, since the car had been painted over when it was in Japan (the original color was silver, as confirmed by the stamped plate in the engine compartment). Navid had some other suggestions for work to be done on the car in the future and I will definitely be going back to his shop given the high quality of the repairs that they just did combined with his honesty and integrity in dealing with me regarding this matter. If you find yourself in need of auto body work, please give Navid a call. He and his guys are absolutely the best.

If you want a reasonable price and good quality repairs, this is a great place. For instance, Christian Brothers quoted me the same job, for $943. This place charged $375. I saved better than half. I am not knocking Christian Brothers, they are a great company as well, but if you look, you can their overhead is pretty high. That is one of the differences.

This shop came highly recommended. Had my wife's BWM towed in for service as BWM was booked. Tommy…read morewas very difficult to understand and all we wanted done was an oil change and a cold start valve replaced. Picked up the car and was handed a bill for $4190.38. We were floored and wanted to know what in the world they did to the car. In very broken engrish, Tommy told my wife and I the timing chain needed to be replaced and told us he could not get a hold of my wife so he preformed the service anyway. Problem is, our car is three years old has 27900 miles on it and is covered by the manufactures warranty. This guy is a crook and a con. Two days after we got the car back, it acted the same way as when we brought it in so we had it towed back to BMW and was told the cold start valve needed to be replaced and so did the water pump. It was now leaking. As it turns out, the timing belt was NOT replaced or even looked at, it would appear they instead replaced the serpentine belt and tried to charge us for the timing belt. Dallas BMW warrantied the repair, replaced the water pump and cold start valve as we asked and the car runs great. We cancelled our AMX charge with Tommy Techs and called and asked for the parts they claimed to have replaced only to now have Tommy claim he could not understand what we were asking for and hung up on us! Crooks from the word GO!
