This was such an incredible experience. The staff was so nice and helpful. They don't make you feel pressured about your decisions or make you feel rushed. They simply tell you grab all the things you like and then we'll dress the hat together. Don't try and dress it yourself just grab what you like and you'll use only maybe a quarter to half of what you grab. The quality of hats are great and the overall atmosphere of the place is so cute and fun. It was my best friends bachelorette party and this is what she wanted to do and I'm so happy we did it. As your picking stuff out it has prices listed but for the value and quality I thought it was very reasonable. 10/10 recommend. The hats are great quality but what's the point in charging $8-10 for essentially an earring pin?? I was the only one in there on a Thursday afternoon around 1:30. All three girls sat there on their phone. No one greeted the paying customer or asked how can I help you? First time in by the way. I asked for one of the girls to come out from the desk to show me instead of pointing to "over there". . Horrible customer service. I had a problem with the branding on my hat, it was crooked and looked awful. Corporate was so gracious and took care of my concerns.

I went in today to buy and customize a hat, but the service was absolutely awful. No one greeted me when I walked in, and the two girls sitting all the way to the right looked completely bothered by my presence. They acted like helping me was a chore and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by asking questions. Every answer felt like an excuse or a way to avoid actually helping me. It's shocking that a store would treat customers this way--especially when I came in ready to spend money. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome, and I won't be coming back. read more

If I could give this place a negative star rating, I absolutely would. The entire experience has been a nightmare! Going into the store recieving the absolute worse customer service and have a young, inexperienced girl that offered me no assistance in the process, then asking for a manager and being a bit hopeful that the process would go up from there, only to realize the manager couldn't take over. Being overcharged (and the friend with me was charged DOUBLE $300, and they stated they would handle refund, but never did) for items I didn't get - the quality, or lack there of, as you can see in the photos alone. Reaching out to customer service and having ZERO communication for 4 days, until I then called the store. Now, here I am, 6 weeks from the time I first connected with customer service, and I have yet to have my issues resolved and have gone with no communication again after following up multiple times. See attached photos..... I will tell everyone to not take their business there, as it is a complete rip off and getting any issues resolved is basically impossible. All this place cares about is making a dollar, not the actual experience for customers. I paid for an appointment, paid for parking, all for them to tell me they "didn't have me down for an appointment." There was a large group of girls (looked like a bachelorette party) that experienced the same issue. They later told us their system was down, they were short staffed, and I was told my personal stylist was still with another client. I was given a tray, told to pick out my items, and return to the counter. When I returned, my "stylist" was working on a different hat. Not the experience I thought it would be. Nothing about it felt "personal." I thought the "stylist" would actually help you design your hat, I even brought inspo pics from their website. All they do is physically put the items on the hat. Finally, the branding of my initials on my hat (that was for my wedding) was crooked. Not worth the $300+ I spent. read more

This store is a scam. Their return policy is store credit only, but when checking out they do not inform the customer of this. My wife spent over $200 to find a dress for a wedding but we can't get our money back. Store credit is of little use, as their selection is minimal and favors exteremly small body types. When we tried to pick out alternative items, we could not find anything that fits. If this store does not update their return policy, I would not recommend shopping here. There are much better places to spend your hard earned money. read more

I drove 5 hours to fort worth for my bachelorette party and was so excited to make a hat for my wedding at flea style. I made a reservation months in advance and when we showed up to the store they did not have a flea style hat in anything but a size 60 so me and my friends were unable to make a hat. I was planning on buying a more expensive hat. I was trying to make this a fun experience for my daughter and I as this was her first hat. And we were treated like we weren't paying customers. We were sent to the back of the store. With no interaction on hat recommendations at all. I went to the Galleria for my first visit for my first visit and the experience was much better. I really have to say this is the worst service ever. I have gone a few times to shop for a specific hat in which they did not have in stock. Then I was advised I could bring my own hat and make an appt for the hat bar. I have done the appt however during this time the site does not let you select a date for the appt. So I went back to the shop to find out when I can have the appt mind you the $20 was already paid. They salesperson was unable to schedule but mentioned that someone would contact me. Well it's been over a week and still have not heard from anyone. I've tried calling but the mailbox is full. No surprise there.
