When I walked into this place it looked amazing . I was excited to bring my Mini Schnauzer for a detailed grooming. She was very nervous and shaking. I explained that she had been injured at a previous groomer and I am looking for her to have a better experience. I left my dog with her groomer a female that was pregnant. She seemed to be very attentive to my dog. I chose several services for my dog to have an amazing spa experience, spending 80+ dollars. When I picked up my dog she was not smelling clean with the chosen fragrance, she had been stabbed in her ear braking the skin accidentally because my mini schnauzer snapped at her groomer while cleaning g around her backside area she said. Then she gave me advice to have my dog medicated before bringing her back. I thought this is what the groomers are trained for. Dogs that are nervous. I never returned. read more

When I called to make an appointment all of the various services were explained to me and pricing. I had already looked at their web site and was impressed with the results of other customers dogs. I have a long haired Czech Shepard who has such a bad under coat with matting. The person I spoke to, told me about the special shampoo which would help. Appointment was made. When I brought a Harley in a I was greeted by a very nice, knowledgeable dog groomer who took the time to greet Harley making him feel comfortable and looked him over and asked me what I wanted and expected Harley to look like. The gentleman was honest and gave me the best options to help him look amazing. So Harley got the moisturizer shampoo, dematting, ( which was 4 dogs of fur), blown out, trimmed, nails & his teeth brushed with a special enzyme tooth paste. When I saw him he looked so handsome, clean, no clumps of fur, breath was better. He looked so happy to have all the extra fur off. I recommend Flawless Paws. They are currently adding onto their suite to provide more room for there four legged wagging customers. It looks great already. I give this groomer 5 stars and so does Harley. ! read more

I run a dog rescue and needed Shay's help. I almost never get long haired dogs, but I rescued a little Yorkie Mix who was in need of some TLC. He had been living in a cage on someone's back porch. I had no idea what do do with his fur, and being that he was up for adoption I wanted him looking his best...but most importantly, comfortable. I bring all 4 of my pets here ( I used to have 5) cats and dogs. They have always treated us exceptionally well and I will always bring my pets here as long as I live around here. My dog is a big baby about getting her nails cut... and I think she has gotten used to Shay now to where she doesn't give her a hard time anymore. If she does (sorry). Lol. I don't see her yanking back her feet or yelling like a baby. It's a relief. I don't know if she is calmer because she is more familiar with Shay and knows she won't hurt her, or what. I wouldn't waste my time with them! I've had issues every time my dogs have been there. Over priced and lousy job! I dropped off my dog to be groomed and had a double dose of tranquilizers. Within one hour I received a call from the groomer that they couldn't groom my dog. I said why? They said it was to dangerous to groom him! Took my dog there for bathing, grooming, nail clipping, etc. Paid much more than when we had him groomed somewhere else, previously. When paying the bill with my debit card, I was asked,"do you want to put the tip on your card"? Sorry...I find that very rude. I paid the tip in cash. We came home and my dog kept licking himself. I checked him to see why he kept doing that and we find that they must've clipped a little to close to his penis and it is very red...raw and obviously bothering him because he will not stop licking. I feel terrible. When I called to confirm our appointment, I was told the person I made the appointment with, never put it in the computer. I should've taken that as a sign and moved on. I have always done my own "amateur" grooming but one dog I really needed help with. Problem is that he can be aggressive when anxious and so no groomers would deal with him. Shay welcomed him with open arms. She was careful. Kind. Patient and loving toward this difficult dog. He never once reacted badly toward her and she was able to completely groom him. Great pet groomer! I bring my 2 King Charles cavaliers here and they always look beautiful when I go to pick them up. Easy to make an appointment, and she does an excellent job. Also prices are very reasonable. On a different note, I bought a pet odor eliminating candle there for $10 and it smells amazing!!! And it's huge- never going to Yankee candle again lol !
