    Glue everywhere

Pros- The owner is super nice. They are very affordable and repainted my black plastic details as well. Pulled out a couple small dents. Very nice! Cons - #1 no-no - There are HUNDREDS of fish eyes in the paint. Hard to see but allllll over there are fish eyes everywhere. Must not be very clean with that many contaminants in the paint. There are also harsh tape edges. I got a new bumper and even that has fish eyes so its not the car. They also added what i've been told is called pebbling to the lower areas but it looks more like excess spraying. The paint overall is very thick and you can see buff marks as well as some of the black metal was buffed along with the paint so it is now dull and light in various spots. They told me there are two shades of pearl white for my car and they used the more yellow one when previously it was a blue hue to the white on the whole car. They then said the paint just had too much pearlescent coat to make it look more blue. The paint job I had before, if it was wrong like they say, it was a much better color. I loved the blue tint to the whole car. Well now I have one panel that is the blue hue and the rest is the yellow and I can come back to fix that for $$$. Badges re-glued on have yellow glue all around the emblems and I am unsure if they will say on. The black panels repainted now have black tabs sticking out and dont seem to properly fit anymore. Some look to be tabs I have no way of sticking back in without scratching paint and others look like scrapes on the black. They painted over my license plate light housings so I guess I will be replacing that. Simple masking there. I mean come on. I get I wasn't charged a ton but have some pride in your work. I would have paid what it cost for a FLAWLESS job. This wasn't an insurance half ass job, this is my baby. I wouldn't even want to take it back to fix these issues sadly. They are too fundamental in the ways of painting. Super disappointed.

Took 1957 Chevy truck for repairs after I was rear ended. AMAZING WORK and SERVICE. I'm returning for all my other body work!

I am a 69yr.old woman who in my entire life have had no luck with the Auto Body Repair Industry…read more Until I found (by accident) Picasso Auto Body up in Riverside. I live in LA Quinta. When my Tesla hit a semi tire tred on the I-10 last year, I was treated so well the first time, they were my first call when this time "Patsy the Tesla" refused to unlock her door without the key card which was back in La Quinta. A young man named Danny answered the call. He was the calming voice ready to help any way he could. He talked us thru the options and when all seemed lost, he offered to come to us. Fortunately, for our hero Danny,we were successful in getting it open. Danny is a 10 in patience & customer service. If Patsy the Tesla has any other issues, she will be going to Picasso to see Danny! Thank you, Danny you saved our day!

I came here 2 years ago and got amazing service. They were busy and ready to give me the best deal…read morepossible if I was paying out of pocket. Their work was phenomenal. Skip to today. I'm so mad. I called last week to get work done. I explained I had all the parts and what I wanted. I didn't want to drive down if they couldn't help me. The man on the phone told me to bring in my parts and they'd look. I told them I couldn't come that week but I could come next week. He said that's fine, come any day. I came today. It took me an hour to get down there due to traffic. I came in and there were two employees and no customers. I got there around 4pm. The male worker asked if I knew who I had spoken to, which I couldn't remember. He went to get another employee. It took about 10 minutes for another man to come out and I wasn't sure if he was there to help me. He eventually walked over then took me outside and started looking at the front of the car. There's no damage to the front so that was weird. I told him why I was there and opened the trunk where two sealed boxes of parts were. He told me to go back inside and sit while he got his mechanic. They talked around the trunk for a while and closed and opened the trunk once. The original man came back into the lobby and said he would help me because no one came out. I pointed outside to the two men talking around the car so the first man left. The sales man at my car came in and told me he couldn't help me and that I had to go to an interior place. I'm not sure why? I asked for the name of a place and he told me to call back on Tuesday after he called another location to get a name. I left and looked at the boxes. They never opened the boxes. I'm not sure how you decide I need an interior place when you don't know the work that needs to be done. I need body work done. My bumper needed reinforcement and a button needed to be installed to open the trunk from the inside. The only interior work that needs to be done is a seat needs to be placed. The seat doesn't need work so I can't fathom why I need interior work. They clearly didn't want any business and wanted everything cleared out for the long weekend. I'm so mad because they should not have told me to come down if they couldn't help me. I was clear on the phone what I needed. When I did come down, as they asked me to do, they should have checked out the parts before deciding that they couldn't do it. Thanks for wasting 2+ hours of my life. I will never come back.
