My bumper was cracked completely and paint ripped off all along the side bumper. This being my first car I was completely distraught. I worked very hard to maintain my car handwashing and oil changing myself constantly so needless to say I couldn't leave the damage unfixed. I began to start a project on yelp to find quotes already acquiescing that a whole bumper would be required and I'd be out some 1500 dollars. The first ever response I got back was from Arnaldo. He gave me an estimate quick and asked for the paint codes so he could match the paint properly. I was a little worried because I understood the extent of my damage and wanted to make sure it was within his work range. He was accommodating and prompt immediately choosing a time for us to meet. He arrived and upon inspection it was much worst then he thought as the fully cracked bumper would need welding. He apologized and offered to come back as soon as possible. Unfortunately it would also be a different price but only 60 or so dollars more and nothing exorbitant. He returned at the early hour he said he would and kept me updated on his times. He assured me that because of the damage and previous work done it may not be perfect but he would do his best. He immediately got to work. He finished the job in just 2 hours because I had work in the afternoon. He finished on time and the work was incredible. Although he said it wasn't perfect it was as close to perfect as I could tell. The front looked as good as new. I thanked him for his time and we had a nice chat about work. Arnaldo is an incredible professional. A man who has perfected his craftsmanship and offers it out at reasonable prices. Any other body shop would have charged me near 2 thousand for the same work. If I ever need any body work done I'll be coming right back to Arnaldo and Prestige Auto Recon.
