I was looking to break my usual post-work dinner routine with a healthier alternative. So when I…read morerealized Just Salad had recently opened, I decided to grab Pops and give this spot a shot! Going in, we timed our visit perfectly, reaching the counter to order just before the dinner rush arrived. Tonight, we ordered 1x Mezze Crunch Wrap with crispy chicken and 1x Peruvian Chicken Plate. Moving on with my review, we were both pleasantly surprised by the quality, freshness, and service! The Mezze Crunch Wrap was excellent; perfectly tossed in creamy tzatziki and packed with a vibrant blend of fresh greens, feta, tangy peppers, and tomatoes. The peruvian chicken had nice contrasting flavors between the creamy cojita cheese and aji Verde, pickled onions, and sweetness from the corn + potatoes! In addition to the food, the salad crew also took quality care in preparing our meals fresh to order. Furthermore, would like to mention that despite the ~$15 tag per entree, the meals are large enough to be split into 2 very filling portions which makes this an excellent value for the price. Overall, we had a solid experience at Just Salad tonight and would certainly come here again. Final rating 5/5 stars!

Just Salad and I have had a complicated relationship…read more Some visits have been excellent. Some have been disappointing. It's been a little like dating someone who alternates between bringing you flowers and forgetting your birthday. But this visit? This wasn't a dip in the roller coaster. This was the roller coaster jumping the tracks, catching fire, and somehow landing in the parking lot. What should have been one of the simplest restaurant transactions imaginable turned into a master class in how to make customers regret spending $40 on two salads. Let's start with the reusable bowl program. My wife and I purchased the reusable bowls directly from Just Salad as part of their promotion. The whole point is that bringing them back earns you a free premium item on your salad. Seems straightforward. We brought the bowls. We ordered the premium additions. We got charged for them anyway. I had to point out the bowls and explain the program before the charges were removed. Strike one. Then I asked to have the points from the purchase added to my loyalty account. The response? "Too late." Too late? I was literally standing at the register. The transaction wasn't even cold yet. Apparently there is a secret window of opportunity for loyalty points that closes faster than a Black Friday doorbuster sale. And here's my question: Why do I have to ask at all? It's your loyalty program. Shouldn't the restaurant be asking customers whether they're members instead of acting like points are a classified government secret? Strike two. Then came the dining room experience. We ordered two salads and two drinks and planned to eat there. No tray. We had to ask for one. Then my wife asked for a fork. The employee handed her exactly one fork. I asked why there was only one fork for two people. Without missing a beat, he responded: "She only asked for one." Now, I don't know what kind of advanced dining experience we're running here, but the last time I checked, most people don't share a single fork while eating two separate salads. Do customers typically eat the second salad with their fingers? Should we have drawn straws to determine who got utensil privileges? For forty dollars, I wasn't expecting white-glove service. But I was expecting two forks. And maybe just a tiny amount of common sense. The most frustrating part is that none of these issues were major on their own. It's the accumulation. Inconsistent food quality. Inconsistent service. Being charged for benefits that are supposed to be free. No loyalty points. No tray. One fork. And an overwhelming attitude that suggested helping customers was somehow an inconvenience. Forty dollars for two salads should come with a side of customer service. Instead, it came with a side of indifference. I'm done. One star. Good riddance, Just Salad. There are plenty of restaurants that would be thrilled to take my $40 and provide something that shouldn't be this difficult: consistency, competence, and basic customer service.

We initially got the juice and left to go shop and then came back and ordered the bacon egg and cheese wrap and the beef chimichurri special. They have great deals for what you're getting and everything is made so special and nice, even down to the way they wrap it up/package it. You can tell everything is made fresh. Everything is 10/10.

Staff was very friendly and they had a back area behind the counter that you could sit in that was more private than the food court. I thought that was pretty convenient. I ordered a half salad half sandwich. I did the green goddess salad and chicken pesto sandwich. The green goddess salad was very good, but it's not the typical green goddess dressing you usually see from other places. This was more just a regular Greek salad but it was very fresh and refreshing. The chicken pesto was okay, I'd say I've had better elsewhere. I think I would need to try other sandwiches off the menu to find a good one probably. I do think the juices were a little overrated and overpriced. I got a pineapple one it was okay! I don't think it was worth the price but that's just me personally. Overall a nice place and would come back if I needed to eat something at this mall.

Salads are really good…read more On the regular i get the fizz and a modified Gardner. No brown leaves, I never get romaine or iceberg though. Strawberries are on point. I don't get them but the tomatoes always look ok. I like this location better than Just salad, they are tending to have a better add-on selection. I don't know what happened to JS. The sweet bread croutons are a vibe.

Mind you, I was literally the ONLY customer in the entire store. A girl wearing baggy jeans with curly hair was in the back cutting salad. She looked directly at me and didn't even bother to say hello or acknowledge that I was waiting. Then another employee , his stomach hanging out of his shirt came out of the bathroom drying his hands, grabbed some receipts, and started working on food. He didn't acknowledge me either. Seeing someone come straight from the bathroom and begin handling food without me seeing him wash his hands at the food station was also concerning. Not one hello, not one "I'll be right with you," absolutely nothing. Now I understand why this place was completely empty at 1 PM during peak lunch hours. When you hire employees who act like customers are invisible and couldn't care less about providing basic customer service, this is what happens. I wasn't expecting five-star service. I was expecting basic manners and acknowledgment. Apparently, that's too much to ask at this location. Terrible customer service. Management really needs to pay attention to who they're hiring and how their employees treat customers.

Cava may be a non-memorable name for a "bowl" restaurant with quick service. On this visit it was…read morecertainly a memorable meal for how good it was despite the service. It really depends on who is working behind the counter. The restaurant itself is in a quick service food plaza on Univeristy Drive. It is the further south of the two groups of buildings. The parking is a little challenging and people zip through the plaza so be warned when parking. There is both inside and outside seating as well as online ordering for pickup. This quick service restaurant always seems to be busy and the employees work like machines to get the orders filled but they seemed uninterested in how they did their jobs. Scooping and plopping the toppings and constantly asking if that is all. They need to be be a little friendlier since there is a tip jar at the register. The portions were average and so were the prices. (Except being charged a dollar to taste a dressing was a little rude and cost them a star on this review) I wish I had noticed that before paying and leaving with my food. All of the food looked fresh, and it was visible when they put our order together so we could see what we wanted. I liked that my order for my salad bowl was bagged as a togo, so I get a lid because I rarely finish in one sitting. I also liked their variety of beverage options. They have a refillable self-service beverage station with craft sodas as well as fresh-made tea and fruit water juices. My salad bowl was so good. I love Mediterranean food because it is healthy and good for my diet.

The feta and olives made it so salty that the whole bowl was unappealing. I won't be coming back.
