I did the install myself and I had way too many gaps between the boards. After about a year I decided to redo the above rooms. I wanted to try another store so I went to this one. After I told my salesman Jason what I had and why I was replacing the previously installed flooring, Jason suggested another kind of flooring where I could glue to vinyl planks directly to the OSB subfloor. I installed this myself and I absolutely could not be happier with the result. I don't have any more gaps between the boards. Jason even suggested me to bring my dog inside who was waiting for me in my pickup. If I ever buy flooring for another room, I will absolutely use this store. I highly recommend this store.

She said it would be installed in about three weeks. That became about two months. We have a Sleep Number bed. When the installer walked in alone he said he had never seen one before. Unfortunately this was not a positive experience and ended with a somewhat threatening call from the owner. Two guys showed up to clean the gutters and were here for less than 15 minutes. After they left I quickly inspected a section of the gutters and found that the downspouts were not cleaned at all and there was still dirt and leaves in the gutter. I took some photos and contacted Superior to dispute the invoice as the work was not completed correctly. The person I spoke with saw my pictures, agreed the work was substandard and offered to send their employees back out. I didn't want them back on my roof, potentially upset about being called out for sub par work so I refused and said I didn't want to pay the invoice. The office employee said they would have someone call me to discuss further. After three weeks with no response I called again and was told I would receive a call. Two weeks later the owner called me saying he has pictures showing the work was completed correctly and that they do not clean downspouts. He said he wasn't going to discuss the issue any further and if I refused to pay the invoice he would send it to collections. With no recourse outside of litigation, which would be costly and unjustified over a $100 invoice, I reluctantly paid it. I have video footage from my security cameras to prove my claims as well as a couple of pictures following the job. I want others to be aware of my terrible experience and to be careful if you choose to do business with this company. After speaking with others who have done business with this company and reading other's reviews, intimidation seems to be a common tactic along with substandard work. I will no longer be doing business with Superior and caution others to do so at your own risk.

They came out and reclaimed their door, but they withheld funds for a few weeks insisting that I remove my online reviews. I told them that wasn't going to happen and I would take legal action if I didn't receive a refund since they now had my door, which they finally did. I am appreciative that 12 months after this engagement started that they finally did the right thing, but it took a lot of time and persistance. I have raised my rating from a one star to a two star.
