We asked for our money back and were told, "Impossible". We asked for half of it back and were told, "Impossible". We feel this is all a scam. This company pays a lot of money to keep their reputation clean online. I would not recommend using them unless you want to pay a lot more than another company would charge.

After I told my salesman Jason what I had and why I was replacing the previously installed flooring, Jason suggested another kind of flooring where I could glue to vinyl planks directly to the OSB subfloor. I installed this myself and I absolutely could not be happier with the result. I don't have any more gaps between the boards. Jason even suggested me to bring my dog inside who was waiting for me in my pickup. If I ever buy flooring for another room, I will absolutely use this store. I highly recommend this store.

In the meantime BHF came out again (for free) and this time had enough info to order a unit. When it came in they came out, removed the old unit completely, redid the gas line and electrical, even installed an outlet close to the new fireplace for a CO and smoke detector. They did it all without having to remove an existing mantle and big screen TV! They finished it right down to the drywall. I was able to do the mud and tape and put Airstone around the insert so it looks really good. Still have not heard back from the other place.
