The bid we received was astronomical compared to the size of the job. It was clear to my husband and I that he did not want the work. We later obtained 4 additional bids that all came in at about a third of what Zack quoted. We were also told by multiple landscaping companies that no company should charge you for an estimate. We asked for our money back and were told, "Impossible". We asked for half of it back and were told, "Impossible". We feel this is all a scam. This company pays a lot of money to keep their reputation clean online. I would not recommend using them unless you want to pay a lot more than another company would charge.

We had already had one snow storm and more loomed on the horizon. The owner of the company painting our home and doing other exterior restoration (Kasie with North Fork Restoration and Paint) recommended Diamond Roofing. Whether kismet or fortuitous coincidence, Tony and his crew happened to be working on our neighbor's roof right then! We rushed across the street to explain our situation and beg for help. Tony met the other (absentee) roofer's estimate and had the work done the next week. Our roof looks awesome! Tony was our Johnny-on-the-spot! Tony and his crew at Diamond Roofing were fast, professional, efficient, and cleaned up the area around the house so that you did not even know roofers had been there. I HIGHLY recommend Diamond Roofing!
