I called around 10:00am on a Monday, and their customer service rep Jessica was so very accommodating. She set up an appointment for 2pm Same Day! Their furnace specialist Chad showed up right on time. They charge $90 an hour plus parts. I thought this was going to cost me a fortune, however Chad got to work right away, found the problem immediately, and installed a new blower motor (this was our issue) within an hour! Chad was not only time efficient, he came ready with all of the necessary tools for any job as well as furnace parts in his truck! We have an older furnace so I was Very impressed that he carried all of the necessities for any furnace in the back of his pickup! The part prices were VERY fair and so was the hourly labor cost given these guys get there and get the job done right and done well. I would absolutely recommend One Way Service Pros to anyone.
