So I'm frustrated at the lack of communication, but the customer service and friendliness was very refreshing

Stayed in Deadwood a couple weeks ago & spent a few days walking the town, shopping, etc. This is the one place we came back to a couple times... probably didn't hurt they have really good ice cream too. Much of the stuff you can find at any of the shops up & down Main St., but this place definitely has a few unique & rare finds (see attached photo). Even if you don't buy anything (besides the ice cream of course), it's a fun place to browse & chat w/ the owners about the area. The lady that sold me my souvenir in the picture (I think) was the owner & very friendly & informative... not just the history, but stuff for out of towner's to do as well. You could tell she enjoyed interacting w/ customer/tourists. When my 12 y/o & I saw this work of art, we were mesmerized... boys & their toys. There were only 2 (different styles), but she told us she'd never sold one... until me... & only $180 (how could I not come home w/ this beauty for less than $200). Once she rang us up, she realized since she never sold one, she wasn't sure what to pack it in... don't exactly want to go traipsing through the streets w/ this flung over my shoulder. Back home now & every relative, friend & neighbor I've shown this too has been in awe... I wish now I'd bought both.

I explain to Mary my turn of events situation in a health care facility. Mary begins to ask my questions about flowers, as she calmly walks me through the arrangements Posy Palace has on hand. A lovely bouquet is selected. The card is written. The delivery address is being taken down. When Mary, informs me had selected a floral shop in South Dakota. When the flowers were to be delivered in Wyoming. Mary and the shop owner were so understanding. During my profuse apologies, and ready to ring off and search for a Florist in Wyoming. When Mary said "Hold on, we can still help! Mary and her Employer found two names and phone numbers for two floral shops they felt comfortable recommending. After care like that. I now have to make a friend who lives near Posy Palace. So I may be one of their regular customers. With gratitude, Anita H. I was visiting my mother in Sturgis when my iPhone 6 Plus started to malfunction. Because I am…read moreself-employed and use my mobile phone as my business phone, I was in a panic. Missing a call is literally missing out on a customer and money. I took the phone to the AT&T store in Spearfish because my partner had been there a few days before to upgrade his phone (we had bad luck with phones in just a few days). Melissa waited on him and was EXTREMELY helpful. So, I made sure Melissa was the one to help me. Melissa helped me contact Apple for a solution. Unfortunately, the phone ultimately needed to be replaced and AT&T could not do that for me. Melissa understood my frustration and how much I needed to have my phone, so she arranged for me to have a temporary phone so I could still receive calls, check emails, send texts, etc. She even took the time to transfer all of my current data to the temporary phone. I didn't interact with the rest of the staff directly, but they all seemed to be very friendly and helpful. Melissa definitely is a class act!!! Way to Go!!! Brava!!!
