I am usually very skeptical of ordering stuff online from companies that I'm not familiar with…read more Wood Stock Supply was no exception. After conducting my own background check on the internet, I decided to try my luck. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. Wood Stock Supply was one of the only places I could find that had the exact replacement part that I was looking for. I tried local hardware stores around Los Angeles, and places like Home Depot, before resorting to online shopping. There were a couple of other websites that had the item I needed, but they seemed more like a scam. Not only did this company have the exact item I needed, but the price was significantly lower than the more sketchy alternatives. In addition, shipping was extremely fast. Overall, I am very impressed by my online shopping experience with Wood Stock Supply. I would recommend this business to all.

Went there excited to buy fresh 2023 hay, bought a 900 lb large square and realized when I brought…read moreit home that it was completely molded through and wet. They told me to wait until Monday when the owner was back. I told them I had to bring it back and the trip total both days was 60 miles for me. I then bought a year old bale from 2022 to not come back empty handed after spending all my time and gas. This hay is dusty. They did not offer me a discount for my troubles or major inconvenience. The owner then called me on a restricted line a couple of days later so I couldn't see who was calling or call back. I answered the second time , uncomfortable answering from a restricted number and he was angry that I had written him a poor review on Google and demanded that I take it down. He was very rude and degrading, didn't discuss my hay quality concerns. He called angry and upset with me because he didn't like my review and offered me $20 to take it down. He was very rude, degrading, and angry not about a customer having a poor experience but because he didn't like getting a bad review. I will not come back to this business not due to the poor hay but due to how degrading and rude and argumentive the owner was to me. He was very inappropriate to call a customer and be so rude and angry to them. Maybe listen to your customer , understand where they are coming from instead of being so emotional and upset at them. More concerned about the bad review than the customer's actual experience and product quality. No reason to go back and do business with someone like that.

The women there are rude, (particularly Julie), even to customers who have spent a lot of money there, me included. This is NOT okay. They have lost my business forever, and if I could leave 0 stars, I would.
