The rude girl didn't even acknowledge / look at me or asked me if she could help me. Online Pickup / Customer Service: I did an order online and one of the items arrived there in their mailbox which showed on my app via tracking number. When I went to pick it up with the other item they said that the receiving department person was gone for the day and I would have to come back whenever they accepted the item in their system. Almost a week went by and no response. Everyday I was checking my order status and nothing. I had to call the store to track down my other item from my order. Eventually it was found in their mailbox due to its parcel size along with other peoples order items. Needless to say there's a problem with receiving items here since items are not being collected from their mailbox. I hope it's fixed now. Also, there is an old rude woman in the pickup desk who has twice been rude to me and doesn't even acknowledge people who are waiting forever in line. Twice already I have waited on her and she's always distracted doing something else other than focusing on the customer in front of her, hence why the wait is so long. She also has an attitude problem as well. In summary, the online ordering and pickup here is a pain. Next time, I will just ship it to my home and or use a different competitor.

While the RC store is well organized and clean, the Spearfish store is not. It is an eyesore and also hazardous as so much junk is stored outside making donating difficult. Also apparently the Spearfish store has a hard time opening on time. Posted business hours are 9-5. Today was 11AM but they still were not open at that time. So after two attempts to donate items I gave up and found St. Vincent DePaul's to be delightful, friendly, and more than willing to take my donated items. My advice: skip the Spearfish store and donate to St. Vincent DePaul or travel to Rapid City.

Walked in and talked to the guys looking for a forklift driver, driver comes out and says he can't take the 4 boards with nails..cool, no worries. Then proceeds to say that he can't drive the forklift in the parking lot, cool I can back it up, then changes his mind and says he isn't even certified to drive the forklift!!!! Says I have to unload the whole trailer by hand and he won't help. I say you make it very hard for folks to donate to a good cause, he says "it is what it is". Wish I would have gotten his name... big guy with a tattoo on the back of his head. I understand these are volunteers but at least act like you want to work and help people!! I ended up taking it all to the landfill and got help unloading it!!

We were quite surprised as he had it changed in S. F. Just recently With no charge for installation. We asked about it and the person helping us asked if we would like to talk to a manager. So the manager on duty,came over and said they had changed the rules and we would just have to accept that the store in SF had made a mistake! We paid and were very unhappy about the service by this store !! Gavin the person that helped us was very sorry so not upset with him.
