I spoke to the manager and explained to him that a phone call. Thank you very much for this. When they determined there was a delivery problem would have been beneficial.... His statement was, we did try to call you voicemail, but voice mail is full. Which I know to be total b*******. Due to my position, my voicemail is always empty. Except for save extremely important messages. Hey explained that to dustin..... Essentially telling me I was wrong that my voicemail was full. Dustin from the Rapid City store solidify idea that i will discontinue my membership with lowe's, close out my accounts, and work with stores that will support customers even when there is a problem with a purchase. Over the past year, I have spent well over eighteen thousand dollars at lowe's for various home improvement projects. Thanks for your support dustin.

I let the phone ring for 25 minutes and then drove to the store. When I got there the phone was still ringing. The light was flashing on the phone at the customer service desk and no one was paying any attention. After insisting that I speak to the general manager, an associate finally callled the shipper who said the delivery wouldn't be until 12/12. The general manager was doing interviews and the assistant couldn't explain why no one was answering the phone. This level of service is unacceptable.

While the RC store is well organized and clean, the Spearfish store is not. It is an eyesore and also hazardous as so much junk is stored outside making donating difficult. Also apparently the Spearfish store has a hard time opening on time. Posted business hours are 9-5. Today was 11AM but they still were not open at that time. So after two attempts to donate items I gave up and found St. Vincent DePaul's to be delightful, friendly, and more than willing to take my donated items. My advice: skip the Spearfish store and donate to St. Vincent DePaul or travel to Rapid City.

Walked in and talked to the guys looking for a forklift driver, driver comes out and says he can't take the 4 boards with nails..cool, no worries. Then proceeds to say that he can't drive the forklift in the parking lot, cool I can back it up, then changes his mind and says he isn't even certified to drive the forklift!!!! Says I have to unload the whole trailer by hand and he won't help. I say you make it very hard for folks to donate to a good cause, he says "it is what it is". Wish I would have gotten his name... big guy with a tattoo on the back of his head. I understand these are volunteers but at least act like you want to work and help people!! I ended up taking it all to the landfill and got help unloading it!!
