I believe they may also have a money-back policy if the plant fails to thrive. But please don't take my word, as I am not certain, and I assume there might be some conditions that apply ("I'm sorry your spirea died, but since you admit you purposefully watered it with rubbing alcohol, we cannot grant a refund..."). Make sure to visit whether you're gardening or in the market for a house plant, and ask them for specifics if you are interested in the return policy.
