I am usually very skeptical of ordering stuff online from companies that I'm not familiar with…read more Wood Stock Supply was no exception. After conducting my own background check on the internet, I decided to try my luck. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. Wood Stock Supply was one of the only places I could find that had the exact replacement part that I was looking for. I tried local hardware stores around Los Angeles, and places like Home Depot, before resorting to online shopping. There were a couple of other websites that had the item I needed, but they seemed more like a scam. Not only did this company have the exact item I needed, but the price was significantly lower than the more sketchy alternatives. In addition, shipping was extremely fast. Overall, I am very impressed by my online shopping experience with Wood Stock Supply. I would recommend this business to all.

The women there are rude, (particularly Julie), even to customers who have spent a lot of money there, me included. They have mixed their personal politics into their business model, alienating many of their customers. Last week, a customer was shamed and directed to leave the store because he was wearing a mask. This is NOT okay. They have lost my business forever, and if I could leave 0 stars, I would.

The nice young gentleman that answered the phone didn't skip a beat and said he was on his way to see what was wrong with my well. He did some troubleshooting and found the problem in minutes! He showed me what was wrong, how he could fix it and roughly what it would cost. In less than 20 minutes I had running water and everything was working wonderfully!
