There were 7 of us on the 14 passenger and we had tons of room to spread out and walk around. The boat was new and clean and worked perfectly. The only recommendation I'd give these guys is to supply an anchor. It's tough for everyone to hang out and chill and swim when the wind is regularly kicking the boat back to shore.

On the morning of June 6th, we went in hoping for a nice breakfast, only to be blatantly ignored by the server. After making initial eye contact, she disappeared into the back for a while before finally bringing us menus--then walked away without taking a drink order. She later walked right past our table with a coffee pot, made eye contact again, and chose to refill tables that were already taken care of, still without offering us anything. She then proceeded to greet and serve two separate walk-ins who arrived long after we did, getting them coffees and drinks while looking at us again as if she knew us. The level of avoidance felt deliberate and was highly uncomfortable. As out-of-town guests, it was obvious we were not welcome, so we ultimately left without ordering a thing. Exceptional hotel, but the restaurant service needs serious management intervention.

We spent a week at Polson KOA in July, as part of our Covid Escape and social distancing on the…read moreroad. I will start by saying I loved this RV park. It sits perched on a small hill right above the airport (which used very infrequently so noise is not an issue at all) and the campground has stunning views of the lake. At night, it even has a lovely view of the twinkling lights of the small town of Polson off in the distance, but it is still dark enough to do some stargazing. First, the office is a cute log cabin with a very nice store, ample restrooms and showers, and to our delight, there was a small pool and hot-tub behind the building. The laundry room was also in this building and it was very clean and the machines were new. They had a great big folding table, which makes it even better. I ended up doing my laundry there twice, once when we arrived, and then once more before we left since I liked their laundry room so much. The staff were very welcoming and friendly as we checked in, making sure we knew all there was to know about the resort. They took us to our site (site 25) and we had a fantastic view of the lake (between two campers in front of us) and a great deck off the side that we used constantly during the week. In the mornings, I would sit and watch the sunrise from our bedroom window (which faced east towards the lake) and just marvel that I got to be here to experience it. The water pressure was great, we had full hook-ups and The RV park is on the smaller side, so it never felt crowded or over run. We used the pool and hot-tub regularly, and it never had more than a few people in it at a time, which was great during Covid. Another great thing is that they do mosquito abatement in this park on a regular basis, meaning, we never got bit by bugs! After being eaten alive in West Yellowstone, I was pretty pleased. We will definitely be back at some point, we had a fantastic time in this area and at this RV park.

Parts in, in-house handyman installer working on in so we never had a chance to use it during our stay. Hot tub good and hot but hours of use start @ 10a.m. 9 a.m. would be better. Electric pedestal where we were at had turned off with 120v once but never again after they cycled the breaker OFF then ON. Previous reviews about intermittant 30A service may have been in ERROR. There were multiple times 30A service shut power completely on and off - randomly in the trailer. It wasn't due to the trailer's 55A power converter since mobile RV tech over phone said it would not cause complete power failure, don't bother replacing it. I tracked down a 15A fuse in the panel that would cut power off and on when pressed on when others wouldn't do anything. Replaced 15A fuse and all seems to be well. Still doesn't explain why the 120v outlet on pedestal was wonky. They have recycling for plastic, paper, aluminum cardboard but it is at top of hill and not at other garbage disposal area. Recommend paying more for premium or super premium site to get better site conditions and ameneties. That isn't a knock on this KOA, just personal experience. 4 out of 5 star ratings.

The sites are all different with some sites gravel parking and other paved. There are differing build outs on each site depending on the preference of the owner of that particular site. The office is shared with the KOA which is located on the adjacent property. The park has a small workout room and business center along with a bathroom, shower and laundry building that were all clean. The wifi worked decently for most of our stay. Given the price and the minimal amenities, we were not impressed. We have stayed at several of these exclusive owner/resident resorts around the country and we put this one towards the bottom of that list. They were closest to the vacation home that we rented for the week in Somers and delivered the boat right to our docks! I was very pleased with the quality of their boats, particular their 24' pontoon. The pontoon was in great condition, unlike many rental companies using run down equipment. We also rented their smaller boat the day before and it was also above average, ran very smoothly and was nicely cleaned and well kept. Their customer service is impeccable- friendly, happy, and grateful. Prices were comparable and somewhat cheaper than most places. They also do long term rentals at a special rate. We will definitely rent from them again soon.

We happened by this little gem while backtracking on our drive - after missing our turn in Polson -…read moreand figured, what the heck: it was a good time for a lunch break, there was a cell signal, bathrooms, and a fantastic buoyed swim area in Flathead lake. This turned out to be a great roadside stop. We were there at about noon and the place was almost vacant, but as we were leaving at about 1:30 the place was really starting to fill up with families and boaters (there's a boat ramp). When my girls wanted to swim, we quickly realized that the swim area lake bottom was ROCKY. We live in Hawaii and we are lucky enough to have sandy beaches EVERYWHERE. This didn't deter by daughters in the least, but it did manage to slow their advance into the water significantly. Sadly, I did reduce it a star for this, since Yelps are about personal experiences. But if a rocky bottom shredding your feet isn't an issue for you ... then it's a 5. The water was a bit murky where you entered, but cleared up nicely as you went further out. The water was also refreshingly cold - perfect for a hot day. There was also a little pier for diving and jumping.
