There were 7 of us on the 14 passenger and we had tons of room to spread out and walk around. The boat was new and clean and worked perfectly. The only recommendation I'd give these guys is to supply an anchor. It's tough for everyone to hang out and chill and swim when the wind is regularly kicking the boat back to shore.

On the morning of June 6th, we went in hoping for a nice breakfast, only to be blatantly ignored by the server. After making initial eye contact, she disappeared into the back for a while before finally bringing us menus--then walked away without taking a drink order. She later walked right past our table with a coffee pot, made eye contact again, and chose to refill tables that were already taken care of, still without offering us anything. She then proceeded to greet and serve two separate walk-ins who arrived long after we did, getting them coffees and drinks while looking at us again as if she knew us. The level of avoidance felt deliberate and was highly uncomfortable. As out-of-town guests, it was obvious we were not welcome, so we ultimately left without ordering a thing. Exceptional hotel, but the restaurant service needs serious management intervention.

They were closest to the vacation home that we rented for the week in Somers and delivered the boat right to our docks! I was very pleased with the quality of their boats, particular their 24' pontoon. The pontoon was in great condition, unlike many rental companies using run down equipment. We also rented their smaller boat the day before and it was also above average, ran very smoothly and was nicely cleaned and well kept. Their customer service is impeccable- friendly, happy, and grateful. Prices were comparable and somewhat cheaper than most places. They also do long term rentals at a special rate. We will definitely rent from them again soon.

We booked months in advance and due to the fact that we went in September, we had no issues as it is the low season. If you are planning to go in June/July, I suggest you book as early as possible as that is the high season and from what we were told the best time to go if you want a 4-5 level experience. We met at the location 30 minutes in advance and chilled and laughed with the owner and the crew. They have a cooler, so bring ice and drinks to take on the raft. They do not have wet suits, but they do have rain jackets if you want additional coverage. Also, helmets are optional. I also suggest that you wear an inexpensive pair of sunglasses. Once we loaded up, we drove to the location and walked a small path to the boat. Once you arrive at the boat, they go over instructions. I suggest you pay attention in the event you go overboard. We did not have an issue, however, depending on the time of year, the water can be a bit treacherous. I have been white water rafting in Costa Rica and it was the highest level and no one went overboard. Our guides Bruce and Jack were awesome and very personable.

The website was easy to use, and the staff was accommodating with the time we wanted to be on the lake. We did 4 hours on a pontoon, which was clean and newer - just as the website indicated. The staff was very friendly and informative; we took them up on the recommendation and headed to Wild Horse island to dry dock the boat. Fueling the boats and offloading at the pump was a breeze (be sure to have a card ready to pay). They were helpful to bring carts for us to use (we brought a few of our own paddleboards on the trip). Beautiful lake and fantastic experience! I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The boat showed a little wear and tear, but was generally in good shape. Fun boat. Zippy. A jet boat is a good idea on Echo Lake, which has shallow spots. Shockwave hauls the boat to your preferred location, puts it in and takes it out. Easy for you. Our boat was put in on time and taken out on time. Staff was courteous. No problems. If I were going out on Flathead Lake, or if the water was choppy, I'd prefer something in at least the 20' range, but a lot of people like these little scooters.

I decided to widen my search to all of Flathead Valley and was a little disappointed when I had a message that said their machines were down and if I left a message they would get back to me... I left a message doubtful that anyone would ever get back to me. Less than 10 minuets later they returned my phone and confirmed they had 2 jetskis available. They also delivered to Whitefish at no extra cost!! 2 hours after we called them they had 2 2014 sparks in the water fueled up with extra gas (so you don't have to pay the $8 a gallon at the marina)!! It was a little more expensive than another place I called but they were unavailable and only had 8 hours instead of 10. Boy did we have fun! When we went to pay for fuel after (you pay the difference for the rentals and the tanks he brings) we were charged pump rates. Very exited for this new business in the Valley and I wish them all the best of luck! They also have an assortment of towables as options with the jetskis.
