They were closest to the vacation home that we rented for the week in Somers and delivered the boat right to our docks! I was very pleased with the quality of their boats, particular their 24' pontoon. The pontoon was in great condition, unlike many rental companies using run down equipment. We also rented their smaller boat the day before and it was also above average, ran very smoothly and was nicely cleaned and well kept. Their customer service is impeccable- friendly, happy, and grateful. Prices were comparable and somewhat cheaper than most places. They also do long term rentals at a special rate. We will definitely rent from them again soon.

It was a lovely excursion with the right amount of trivia sprinkled in on occasion. The staff was pleasant. The views and the 'big sky' from the water were OUTSTANDING. The boat showed a little wear and tear, but was generally in good shape. Fun boat. Zippy. A jet boat is a good idea on Echo Lake, which has shallow spots. Shockwave hauls the boat to your preferred location, puts it in and takes it out. Easy for you. Our boat was put in on time and taken out on time. Staff was courteous. No problems. If I were going out on Flathead Lake, or if the water was choppy, I'd prefer something in at least the 20' range, but a lot of people like these little scooters.

I decided to widen my search to all of Flathead Valley and was a little disappointed when I had a message that said their machines were down and if I left a message they would get back to me... I left a message doubtful that anyone would ever get back to me. Less than 10 minuets later they returned my phone and confirmed they had 2 jetskis available. They also delivered to Whitefish at no extra cost!! 2 hours after we called them they had 2 2014 sparks in the water fueled up with extra gas (so you don't have to pay the $8 a gallon at the marina)!! It was a little more expensive than another place I called but they were unavailable and only had 8 hours instead of 10. Boy did we have fun! When we went to pay for fuel after (you pay the difference for the rentals and the tanks he brings) we were charged pump rates. Very exited for this new business in the Valley and I wish them all the best of luck! They also have an assortment of towables as options with the jetskis.

Such a fun trip! This was a last minute trip added to our cross country trip since some other plans…read moredid not work out. I am not an experienced kayaker and I also have a double knee injury. I was a bit nervous that this trip might not be for me. When we got there we met our tour guides Shelby and Tyler. They were extremely knowledgeable about the lake and kayaking. I felt confident that I was with the right people. My other half and I used the tandem kayak. Tyler stayed right near us as we kayaked the lake to ensure I knew how to steer properly into the wakes and waves and not tip. He also offered to pull the kayak if we got tired, but we didn't need that. The island was great. I would recommend the 1-1.25 mile loop if you aren't athletic, that way you don't get too tired out for the kayak back. The only downside to our trip was the lunches that were provided were warm by time we got to them, so we didn't chance it, and didn't eat them. We weren't upset because we wanted to try a local restaurant when we were done anyway. Just a tip for anyone wanting to go- bring a bag with extra water, sunscreen, a towel,and hiking shoes. We definitely enjoyed the trip! If we didn't live all the way in NC, we would definitely go again! Thanks Shelby and Tyler for an excellent time!!

My stalled boat was towed into the harbor at 11PM. No one was there and my only option was to leave…read moreit overnight in a slip at the harbor . First thing in the morning I called to let them know (I'm 1 1/2 hours away). Within an hour I was called and nastily asked "where was I". When we arrived ours was the only boat in a slip, with more than 15 empty ones. The boat would still not start. I asked for a tow over to the ramp to pull it out of the water. They said they were too busy and to come back in 1 1/2 hours, which I did. They told me they were still busy but get my boat out--I guess he expected this 72 year old to swim it over. I got a tow from another boater. The ramp is adjacent to their business, literally a few feet from them. Without the engine, it is difficult to get the boat on the trailer. My 70 year old wife and I struggled to get it on properly while about 5 harbor workers "buisily" arranged life jackets and other items for the day ahead while watching us struggle. We did get it done, but 10 minutes of help would have made it a simple process. After completion I complained to the "boss". His smart ads reaction was..."have a nice day". Businesses with this kind of management and attitude should not exist and give way to those who are not assholes. I have boated Flathead lake for 50 years and have never had this kind of experience...especially from a commercial company. On countless occasions I have helped distressed boaters...often when it was inconvenient. This behaviors is a disgrace.

The boat was beautiful and ran like a dream. The staff helped load our cooler/towels, etc on the boat and helped us pick out life jackets for our kiddos. They have inner tube rentals, jet skis, pontoon boats, but we just rented a speedboat, so I can't speak for any of their other rentals, but the staff was AMAZING!
