got back to me on Monday and said it was available. We wanted to come down and look at it but he said they were closed on Monday. James agreed to show us the vehicle at 3:00pm on Tuesday. We live 5 hours away, so we arranged for my wife's dad to make the hour drive and meet James at 3:00pm. When her dad showed up at 3:00pm James informed him that he sold the vehicle a 1:00pm. The honest thing for James Vogal to do would have been to tell the other interested party that he had someone coming to look 3:00pm, but if they didn't buy the suburban they would be next in line. That was a very shady and crappy thing to do. I don't like doing business with people that can't keep their word. Was a rotten experience dealing with service the service manager is a joke he cares nothing about customers and has never ridden a motorcycle in his life he didn't know what the mm stood for after the 670 in a measurement of a cable I needed the mechanic and I both joke about it he didn't understand millimeters dealing with Japanese motorcycles makes me sick my bike sat in there for 12 weeks and when I went to pick it up it did the same thing I brought it in for I even bought a new motorcycle from them while I was in there to show good faith no calls from the service manager during the process he is a joke and some of the people that work there say the same thing I can't imagine him doing anything good for that business that the owner built over all these years he's going to ruin it he has no mechanical abilities at all they really screwed me over and I've been a good customer for many years have boughten numerous motorcycles from them it was the worst experience I've ever had in my whole life when I brought it back that day with that I picked it up and paid almost $700 you would have thought they would have given me priority and got it looked at more instead they let it sit all apart for weeks because they couldn't figure it out they make me sick read more
