When I called the person was extremely rude and pretty much saying I was lying about having a mobile apt. In the past I had multiple windshield replacements and repairs all mobile. Clearly there has been a turn over in employees and it's not for the good. Find another shop to give your business to, there are plenty of good places that want your business and are not unprofessional and rude.

We didn't…read morewant to wait and possibly have it crack and need a total replacement again, so we pulled up local repair companies and called glassTek. they were quick to respond and met us at a shopping center within 30 minutes. Fixed it with no issues. We paid them cash and asked for a receipt for our insurance. She took our information and said she would email receipt. We waited until the following week and still no receipt. Called, no answer. Called with another phone and reached her. She said she sent it to a different email ...same first part with gmail instead of yahoo. Funny thing is we have both addresses and didn't receive it in either. Bottom line, they were fast to respond and did the job, but if you are paying cash you won't be able to get a receipt and get reimbursed from your insurance.

He seemed pissed off that I was there for my appointment, so I just stepped back, stayed out of his way and let him fix the chip. The entire time he was stomping around and swearing under his breath. He finally barks, "it's done, but it looks like shit." I walk up to him to pay and he says, go inside and pay the gal. I walk inside, hand her $60 cash for the $50 repair, she gets a concerned look on her face and says she needs to go ask the owner if he has any change. As soon as she goes into the shop and asks he starts going off on her before pulling change out of his wallet. I appreciate him offering to fix it on a Saturday, but he really needs to work on his attitude.

I had to take my 2003 Honda Civic in 3 times to try and get the drivers side trim fixed as clips needed to be replaced. The last time I called to make an appointment owner said he ordered the clips but when I left my car the last time they never installed the new clips and trim is now being held on by black electrical tape until I can see if possible to fix myself or take it elsewhere. Staff is rude and abrasive and office reeks of smoke. Very unprofessional.

Don't expect driving into the city to find yourself in an industrial park, it's in country outskirts of Charlo, MT, surrounded by cattle farms, horses and sheep. You're not going to a business, you're going to a mans shop, at his home. The first to greet you are 2 wonderful dogs that show you where to park! Left my truck at 11am and it was done at 3pm. I was given an option of 3 different types of glass ranging in prices. This is a friendly, customer service driven business and it's appreciated at a time where everyone is using the Covid excuse for being lazy, late or not answering calls! Out here most people know each other and word of mouth leads to sales, this guy knows that and does a outstanding job without having to drive 45 miles to the city.
