Thankfully someone had seen our (reallllly bad) windshield injury and had recommended Clint if we needed anything. We called him, he answered the call and told us if we could get our windshield to him (that we'd already purchased) he would work us in ASAP - and he went above and beyond getting us back on the road and enjoying beautiful views through our new windshield at basically the same cost other companies had quoted us - so great value for the work. We didn't…read morewant to wait and possibly have it crack and need a total replacement again, so we pulled up local repair companies and called glassTek. they were quick to respond and met us at a shopping center within 30 minutes. Fixed it with no issues. We paid them cash and asked for a receipt for our insurance. She took our information and said she would email receipt. We waited until the following week and still no receipt. Called, no answer. Called with another phone and reached her. She said she sent it to a different email ...same first part with gmail instead of yahoo. Funny thing is we have both addresses and didn't receive it in either. Bottom line, they were fast to respond and did the job, but if you are paying cash you won't be able to get a receipt and get reimbursed from your insurance.

Not a topper that I…read morepurchased from them or that they installed but one from another dealer that was unable to fix the problem. Shane laid out all my options suggesting ways I might be able to address the issue myself to save me money and shared with me the materials and products I might use and how to go about it, even offering to sell me some of his inventory. He also offered to do the work being completely open and honest that it may or may not completely fix the problem and what it would cost. I ultimately had his shop do the work because I could tell they had integrity and would take pride in a job well done and would do their absolute best. And they did. Did it cost more than the "fixes" the other shop offered that didn't work. Yes, but it wasn't more than what I was quoted and I am happily camping in my truck and staying dry! Thanks guys. I really appreciate you taking the time and having the pride of work to make things right.
