    Started off by ordering a Polaris ranger in April, the first salesman we were dealing with didn't…read morehave a idea how to order this machine, then after much confusion and lot of help from other employees we finally got it ordered. After 2 months I stopped getting emails and updates from the salesman, he wouldn't answer emails or return calls. Finally I reached another person that had taken his job, the machine came in after 4 1/2 months. They Originally said it would be a week or so to get it together, after a week I called and they magically didn't have the doors I had ordered on it. They were now back ordered until at least January. I called other dealers and found doors but they refused to work with other dealers to make this right. After much frustration they found a machine that was an upgrade from what I ordered and we paid more to take this unit. Then comes the first service which Polaris claims needs to go to the dealer to be done. I called to make an appointment, was told to leave message due to they were to busy. I went in a week later after no return call. They seemed to magically find an opening, Was quoted 180.00 for the service and 2 hrs to be done, 5.5 hours later they wrote me a bill for 346.00 and stated that the battery terminal was loose and they would charge to torque that as well as many other things that just seemed to rack up a bill. I am very dissatisfied in their costumer service as well as the other service. And the rudeness at the service counter is something else. From now on I will drive an extra 40 miles at high gas prices to take my equipment to Kurt's Polaris in Missoula.
