I scraped off the whole back window and took it back for the roof. Took them two times to finally fix it and buff it out. Attention to detail at this shop is not there. Not impressed and won't be back. If they fire their detail guy and hire me I'd probably have a different option. Needless to say I would not recommend this spot at all.

However, they took several days to complete the estimate and when asked about how much they charge for storage they said don't worry about insurance would cover. We knew insurance wouldn't cover and when we got the estimate we knew it was going to be what they charged insurance companies. Long story short, went to move the car off their lot and they charged $50/day and an additional $75 just to move the car on their lot....what a joke. Would never recommend these guys. Go to Jance's south of Kalispell, always fair, timely, and trustworthy.

The truck was towed to Brieske's Collision Repair on the same day. Although ample time (24 days) was given to the shop without a push to complete, an extremely poor job was done. I found giant swirls in the paint job (blamed on the dealership that changed the oil and cleared computer codes); grease on the new headliner and throughout the interior (a light tan colored leather); and dirt specks in the paint not to mention the obvious orange peel. My insurance company paid $11445.00 for what was supposed to be a professional repair. DO NOT UNDER EVEN THE WORST CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP! YOUR BETTER OFF WITH A CAN OF SPRAY PAINT ON A WINDY DAY IN A DUST BOWL!!!!
