Best pizza in area. Service pleasant & it's fun to watch staff make pizza in their ovens.

Me and my ordered a large veggie pizza, but it wasn't priced on the menu and I was disappointed when I picked up a dry, cold, tiny pizza and hour later with no sauce and almost no toppings for $30. The service was also not great. The girls working at the take out area seemed a little overwhelmed and not very friendly. A lot of customers were sort of just aimlessly standing around and there were no menus, and when I asked for one I was handed a drink menu. I've been going there for a while and never had complaints besides they were overcharging, but this is the last time I go lol read more

Flatbread Company on White Mountain Highway in North Conway s a great place to get a really good meal. The pizza is amazing and some of the best I have had in a long time. The ingredients are fresh and very tasty and I really like all of the different selections that they had. The atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant is really laid back and relaxed and enhanced the food. The service was really good and they made sure that we were well taken care of and that we had everything that we needed. I had a really good experience here and walked away full of good food and with a smile on my face. Flatbread Company performed well and made a for a really unique and memorable experience for everyone that was here. read more

Great food and atmosphere. Nice list of local beers on tap as well. I like that you can split pizzas between red sauce and white pizza.

Flatbread never lets me down and we had yet another good experience. We tried their carne pizza special (ham, pineapple, bunch of other stuff), and it was excellent. The peppermint whoopie pie was incredible too! There's not much else to say, they just do a really nice job with pizza (and their salads are tasty as well). read more

OK, so after a disappointing experience a night earlier at Elvio's, our group of 13 headed to Flatbread on New Year's Eve. It was mobbed! We were starving and though we waited for 2 hours for a table, it was well worth it. This pizza could very well be the best pizza north of the Bronx. Their pizza crust is sublime, their toppings fresh, and their drink menu awesome. Their special Veggie pizza was excellent and included potatoes! Our waitress, Samantha did a superb job of juggling our table of 13 and was attentive to us despite the place being slam packed. If you've got a Flatbread near you, do yourself a favor and grab a pie. You won't regret it if you love great pizza. read more

My family had dinner here tonight! We all got flatbreads and everyone was very happy with their meal. Everyone that had a small pizza had leftovers, and the large was perfect for two people to split. Terrible experience. Great setting and potential. Ordered two simple flatbreads. One was a listed menu item, another added sausage and mushrooms. The cook pulled out my wife's pizza and let it sit nearby. Mine was nowhere to be seen. No one seemed to care about the one that had been cooked and it just sat for awhile. After a few minutes a young man came around, apparently to help the cook and build my pizza (we were sitting right by the action). In the meantime, the cook lifts the one that's been sitting and checks underneath. The young man comes by and touches it as well. Someone else comes by and touches it, the the young man does again but my flatbread never goes in the oven. Finally some other waitress, not ours, pulls another pie from a box that's been sitting even longer and tries to serve it to my wife. No one had cleaned their hands during the whole process or used gloves. We left and went elsewhere. read more

I rarely give five star reviews. This place deserves it. I'm going to go out on a limb and say this is most likely the best pizza you will have in this region. Also saying that it's great pizza. Nice thin crispy crust with the right amount of fermented tang. Watch the cooks shape, throw and cook the pizza in their stone oven. Pizza was truly delicious, tasted great and my family devoured it. I make pizza at home from scratch and am pretty picky about pizza. If you like thin crust pizza and are in the area, this place should be on your list. Definitely. read more

We went on a slow day around 3pm, we were sat and given menus by a very nice hostess. We looked at our menus and put them on the edge of the table after about 5 minutes. Another table was sat next to us after about 10min of having no one interact with us. 5min later that table was greeted by a server and had their order taken, that server glanced at us and just walked away... after waiting a total of 20 minutes and having no one interact with us we walked out. We ordered the pepperoni and mushroom pizza and we had pineapple added to it. We also had ginger bread with pumpkin ice cream for dessert. The service was outstanding the server explained everything as a first time guest very nicely and gave good recommendations. It was fun to watch them cook on the open fire. It wasA little cold inside I know it can't be too warm because those guys are cooking on an open flame but it was cold as a patron. We have a Flatbread in Georgetown that is always great with quick and friendly service, so that's what I was expecting here. I put in an online order for one pizza and it said it would be ready at 8:10pm, so I got there at 8:10pm. Got told it would be another 10 mins so I waited 10 mins and walked back up, where I was told it wasn't ready yet. I waited 20 more minutes, getting dirty looks from the ladies working there the whole time. The pizza was fine but it was the service that I found off putting. read more

Everything was good for what we wanted because we just needed to eat, but you could just tell after a couple interactions our server did not like serving us. After asking for our forgotten waters three times, she was just irritated. I understand that, but we got our food and asked for water and didn't get it. We could also see she was a lot nicer to her other tables and not ours, and I can assure we didn't give anyone any trouble, we just wanted to eat. Then we were overcharged on desserts and we were told by a manager that they must've not updated *all* of their menus with their new prices, which isn't our fault. It was clear once we left, the waitress complained about the tip we left to another coworker (even though it was over 20%). Even if it wasn't about that, it was still off-putting and I feel like we weren't annoying we just wanted to eat. The other locations are always pretty good so we were sure in this one, but we should've just paid extra to eat somewhere else if we were to be treated like we shouldn't have been there. read more

I waited over an hour for a pickup/takeout. Employees are rude and condescending. After an hour I asked about my food, they had no idea when it would be ready. I got my money back (thankfully). I am sympathetic due to Covid conditions, but they should turn people away or let them know that there is no definitive timeline on your food. read more

As a person of color who was visiting from out town, I will say I really appreciated all the BLM signs and visual commitment to human rights here. Their thoughtfulness extended to their menu offerings and ingredient selections (e.g. vegan pizza, free range chicken, you can see their philosophy on their boxes in uploaded photos here) and post-covid19 configurations. Everyone was wearing a mask, even right next to the hot stove ovens built on site. I will say to skip the salad, it really is unremarkable but the pizza was delicious! And it tasted just as good the day after, cold even. Cocktails were nice and strong ;) The staff were all really nice, even staff not waiting on us checked up on us. read more

We decided on Flatbreads for our Saturday night meal. We waited over an hour for a table. I knew this was the scenario as soon as we got there, and the wait time was accurate. I cannot fault them for being popular. In the bar, we managed to converse and imbibe Microbrews for an hour, which is generally a fine circumstance to be in, but we were starving by the time our food came out. The salad was fine - nothing crazy, but I'm glad it came out quickly. The pizza had a nice crust, but I thought the flavor was lacking on two of them (Happy Valley and Mushroom and Pepperoni). And let me say that if Pepperoni is a gift from God (It''s the only reason I'm agnostic) then organic nitrate-free pepperoni is the work of Lucifer himself. Really, who thought up this abomination? They should offer regular, artery-clogging pepperoni for the gentleman who yearns to die young and leave a fat and bloated corpse. But I digress The 3rd pizza was the pizza de résistance (see what I did there?) which they called Mopsy's Kalua Pork Pie, which should be nominated for the pizza hall of fame. Chicken is an option, but get it with Pork Shoulder. You're a crazy if you don't. It's old-school and completely delicious. It rivals one of my all time favorites - BBQ Chicken @ Bottoms Up in Richmond, VA In retrospect, we had fun, but I wouldn't wait an over an hour for their pizza a second time. read more

We were looking for a great meal tonight and had been familiar with flatbread pizzas in other parts of New England. So our hopes were high for our meal. We were greeted promptly and seated so we could enjoy watching the cooking going on in the wood fired ovens. Our server was Catherine and she was very attentive and helpful. We each ordered an organic salad and topped it with crumbled blue cheese. They were fantastic and light and delicious with good flavor from both the vegetables and the dressing. Our pizza flatbread was the homemade sausage and it too was very flavorful. We sampled the lemonade and a raspberry lemonade mocktail. Both were refreshing and a nice compliment to the meal. Definitely a great meal and we will be coming back next time we are in North Conway. read more

I was with my picky teenage daughter so what better place to go than a pizza joint. The place was busy so we opted for the stool table area which was perfect. The service is very friendly and all the employees I dealt with were first rate with customer service. I ordered the Pepperoni & Mushroom Flatbread and my daughter had the plain cheese. Really good pizza! We had the chicken ranch pizza, which admittedly isn't my thing but I gave it a shot. It was really tasty and well balanced. The crust was a bit thicker than I thought a flatbread would be but it made no difference. It was great. We did takeout and while not their fault at all it was stone cold in the 10 minutes it took us to get to our place. The banana bread dessert is excellent! read more

Wow! This place smells amazing when you walk in, and there's a cool array of seating arrangements. We chose to eat on the couch! We started with lemonade (yum!) and their salad with chicken and goat cheese. Holy moly, the dressing was delish and the chicken was marinating in something godly! Went to flatbread with my family today and could not believe our waitress. We ordered multiple pizzas and only one came out. After we finished the one and all the other tables got serviced we flagged down our waitress to ask about the remainder. She did not return. Again asked her wait happened and after another five minutes or an hour in total she rudely said they are on their way. The manager finally came over and addressed the situation but don't understand why a restaurant keeps some who is rude to customers in a service industry. Sorry! read more

The Flatbread Company serves all natural, organic pizzas which they bake in a wood-fired clay oven which sits in one corner of their dining area. The resultant pizzas have a crispy thin crust and are topped with delicious ingredients. You can see the staff chopping and prepping the ingredients in the work area close to the clay oven. On our recent trip to North Conway we had the "Punctuated Equilibrium" pizza which was topped with fresh rosemary, Kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, red onions, garlic, and goat and mozeralla cheeses. My husband declared it the "best pizza ever." He's often said he wants to drive up to North Conway just to get some more Flatbread pizza. read more
