I had an appointment booked for this morning, and the lash artist that I worked with last time was great, but she canceled on me last minute for a health related issue. She offered me the same time with the owner Kelly. I wasn't thrilled about changing to someone new that I had never worked with before, but I was willing to give it a try. Well, I showed up at 10 AM and the door was locked and nobody was there. I called the number on the door, and nobody answered, and I left a voicemail, I then messaged my lash artist and she told me that Kelly was running late. Kelly messaged me and told me she would be there in about 3 minutes. Well she was 15 minutes late and then had to get set up. I have a pretty tight work schedule, so I wasn't happy about that. She hardly apologized for being late and said there was construction. She washed her hands which was good but then she immediately started touching her phone so I said to her "I'm gonna ask you to please wash your hands again". I didn't want someone's hands touching my eyes after touching their phone. she said that she was going to use hand sanitizer after touching her phone and then told me that we could cancel today if I was uncomfortable with her doing my lashes. At that point, I was pretty irritated and fed up and decided to ask for a refund and leave. I reached out to my lash artist, and also to Kelly the owner and I said to them that I thought they should've at least offered to discount my eyelash fill for wasting my time. Kelly never even responded to me but my lash artist did tell me that she refused. So I am posting an honest review and story of what happened. I don't think that Kelly is very professional based on my interaction with her today. I'm disappointed that she didn't try to rectify the situation . read more
