DJ is awesome! Great 80s music. I would give 5 stars just for him. Drinks are over-priced and weak. When I complained, I was told they had to "measure" the drinks... Yet, they free pour... I had the moonwalker and I might as well drank coffee creamer. However, once Lexi started making my drinks, they greatly improved. A good place to go for music, expensive place for weak drinks. Marcos has been the WORST bartender I've ever encountered. First, he didn't know how to make a whiskey sour and wouldn't let us return it when it tasted like a glorified snow cone. So we paid $9 for 6oz for syrup and ice... and a load of attitude. Upsetting because this bar has a lot of potential. Very San Junipero vibes (if you know you know). A decent bar staff goes a long way, so I'm eager to see an upgrade at an otherwise decent establishment. read more

Oooh do I love this place. I'd been to The Max in Tulsa a couple years ago, and when I heard a similar concept was opening in Oklahoma City, I was excited. We went on a Friday night and there was a $5 cover, but the games are free. I absolutely hate cover charges (why am I paying you to enter when I'm going to buy alcohol from you?), but I will say the $5 wasn't bad and made sense given that we could play unlimited games. I enjoyed some Pac Man and Mario Bros. for sure! Along with the old school games, FlashBack plays great '80s music that is lots of fun to dance to. Bar service was extremely slow when we first arrived, but it did seem to get better. Even with that, we had a GREAT time and I know we'll be back! read more

I am like totally in love with this place....for sure!! Old school arcade games, excellent selection of adult beverages, and monthly themed events. We went on a Saturday night. I wish I had checked their page before going as it was 80's homecoming prom. There was not one bad song played by the DJ. Can't wait to attend December's event and play more arcade games. This bar supposedly closes at 2am but they will take your drinks from where you're playing games and stacking their chairs around 1:15.. service was fine until it hit around 12:30am and I could feel on a Saturday night the staff became very disinterested in doing there jobs. Also will warn you the drinks are overpriced but the games are pretty fun! Would give another chance but hopefully the staffs attitudes will improve and focus more on customer service! read more

Very shady business. After a few visits, I was told for the first time there was a two drink minimum. As a nondrinker and designated driver, I ordered a Sprite. I was then told that I had to order an alcoholic beverage or leave. After telling him I was a DD, the bartender claiming to be the owner told me that it didn't matter. For a bar that pushes an alcohol only atmosphere, there was zero security staff visible. They advertise no cover and free play on the video games. Yet for some reason they sell a VIP pass that promises no cover and free gameplay. Many of the games are in need of maintenance. That's if they work at all. I give this place one star only because the Robotron machine seemed to be in working order. read more

I stumbled across this place walking back to my Hotel when I was on a business trip. I really can relate love the 80's Deco. Bar staff was really nice attentive great location I noticed a lot of people popping by before they attended a concert nearby. I wasn't sure what kind of beer so told the bartender she was able to let me try a few beers many choices for Kraft beer. The best part is I sat their drinking my beer when I was about to leave I asked how much the retro games were and she said their FREE!! Possibly the worst service of all time. The manager was so unprofessional and so beyond rude. My high school friends and I are in our senior year of college and came home for break. We had a secret Santa with our mom's. We came here for the 80's theme because our mom's wanted to go out with us. The manager is insane and cut everyone off after 2 drinks because our mom's dancing to the 80's music was "bad behavior." It's a bar....? Why hire a DJ if you will not allow customers to dance? The drinks were watered down and were up charged by $20 per shot. Ridiculous. Everyone was ID'd 4 separate times including the moms. My mom though the bouncer was kidding. The bouncer proceeded to warn everyone that looked young that the cops were coming and that everyone underage needed to get out. That clearly shows they are letting underage people in. The manager was absolutely insane. So rude and so unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND GO HERE. Horrible bar and horrible staff. They will also charge you an overpriced cover fee. Cool concept, but drinks are pricey and not much seating. It's better to go when it's not too busy if you want to play games, plus there's a cover charge to enter when it's crowded. Parking is hard to find in the area and a long walk back to your car can be sketchy late at night. read more

Absolutely love this place! I got this recommendation from a local at another pub and I decided to give this place a world and I am so glad I decided to! Reasonable drink prices and unlimited arcade games from back in the day...who can beat that? It was during the week so it wasn't crazy busy but ill definitely come back on a weekend. The decor is cool here and that's about it. To start, the bar tender was extremely rude and literally yells at people as they walk into the bar for ID, then still asks you for ID when you go to order a drink. I'm not sure why they're not just checking ID at the door if this is such a big issue. The drinks were tiny and extremely overpriced (including $2 sodas in the same tiny glasses). I had to literally move around to get the bar tender's attention as she was on her phone. Then, she didn't even come by the tables to check on people and see if they want more drinks. It's like they're trying to not make money. They also take back the cups (which look like souvenir throw-away cups) and reuse them, which is pretty questionable. The arcade games are nothing to write home about and about a quarter of them weren't working. Some of the best games are roped off in the back with no access for some unknown reason. Trivia was nothing to write home about either. It's done much better at other places where they encourage people to have fun and order some drinks instead of rapid fire questions with few breaks. I don't know if the owners can respond on Yelp, but if you get a chance go see how they respond to one star reviews on Facebook. Extremely childish and rude. I definitely won't be giving any more money to this establishment. read more

Woohoo! Happened to find this little gem on a whim! If you love arcade style games or even board games, you have to have a beer here!! 21 and older, free games, no more fiddling with coins, and plenty of beers to drink. They were doing some construction in the back, so this place is getting even more games and spots to sit. Scoreboards up on top if you like a little competition! I've come for multiple after work happy hours and one bartender in particular, Samantha, continues to amaze me with how gracious, accommodating, and generally cheerful she is with her guests. I only drink beer, and every time I come in she's quick to either recommend a beer I had on a previous visit or suggest I try something new. If I don't know about the new beer she's recommended, she'll explain tasting notes to me in a way that isn't talking over my head. It's awesome. One other thing that struck me about this great bar is the level of care they actually put in the upkeep of their machines. Other barcades will let their machines get dirty and slack on maintenance, but everything i've played has been in great working order. Can't wait to try it on a weekend! read more

Friday nights has a $5 cover which is so worth it as long as you are only drinking beer or wine. This bar would have been a five star for me if they weren't watering down the drinks. First drink I ordered was called Goonies. 15 minutes later I don't feel a thing, so I order a cranberry and vodka, 15 mins later nothing. I thought it was strange so I order a Strawberry Shortcake shot, which was not cheap, and still nothing. Three shots in 45 mins. I should have been very happy. My friend and I decide to get a straight shot of vodka. Yup, just as I suspected, it was watered down. Not only do they charge $6-$8 for a stand only shot, $7-$9 for fancy shots, and $7-$10, for fancy drinks they cheat you by watering down the booze. I call bullshit! At least be smart enough to not used the water down bottle when someone orders a shot guys. So go and have fun, but stick with beer and wine. ** I have been back twice since this review and so far the drinks have not been watered down. We really enjoy going in the afternoon around 3:00 or 4:00 so we can play the games and not fight the crowds. read more

I thought this place was really fun! I didn't mind the $5 cover on a Friday night because it meant you could play all of the games. The music was 90s pop and hip-hop which I enjoyed thoroughly. They lost one star because the mixed drinks were awful, and next time I'll just go with a beer. I will definitely be back in the future. read more

Went here for my birthday with lots of friends and family on a Friday night. The games were fun and the drinks were good (I only had beer) but the staff was ether rude or not helpful. I tried asking about their beer selection and I couldn't hear the bartender so I asked again and got an eye roll. Then after I did find a beer I liked I tried ordering my third one and was told "we're out" and he just walked off. Didn't ask me if I wanted something else or nothing. This place has some really creative drinks. I've had one with a ring pop and one with rock candy (super nostalgic). All of the games are free, which helps make the cover charge easier to swallow. The walls are lined with classic and newer video games, many of which I couldn't even recognize. Jell-O shots are fun but overpriced, similar to most bars. They have a small dance floor towards the back of the bar, and some tables with stools up near the front. Plenty for anyone and everyone to enjoy. read more

Last night was my first time at this bar. Overall it was a very clean bar and had many arcade games to keep you occupied. There was a 5 dollar cover to get in which is understandable with all the games being free. What I did not like about this bar was the drink prices. 18 dollars for 2 vodka rebulls that were undersized and under poured. 8 dollars for local roughtail beer that is half that price at every other establishment in OKC. Came here last night for New Years Eve and to celebrate my birthday. Had an awesome party! The place is great. Nice small venue which I enjoyed. Arcade games are awesome and the drinks were perfect! It was pretty busy but they didn't let it get too crowded which I enjoyed. Will be back in the future for sure. The only downside is parking which is non-existent. This is a really cool concept. Ventured here on a Friday night with a few friends. $5 cover, but it's unlimited free games. We played the standard arcade games, but also got hooked up with Mario Cart 64 which is played on an old school big screen with some couches around it. DJ was playing some cheesy 80's hits while a few people danced on the small dance floor. Overall, a really good time. My only irk was the drink prices. I had some Coop beers and they were a few bucks higher than what you would pay for at other places in the City. Definitely returning though. read more

Came to celebrate a friend's birthday. Birthday party had a good time but here is my own personal review since although I had expectations of this place to be a favorite of mine, it fell short. Nice enough place to go after dinner which we didn't, so no food at this pub. And our Joey's Pizzeria delivery order of 2 pizzas was burnt. They also forgot a salad and the dipping sauce for breadsticks. This I didn't complain cause should've known better to eat before entering. Karma worked it's magic. I mean can't expect much from a weak bar suggestion. Nice that this establishment supports other business around them though. Atmosphere and setting is great. Games a plenty to keep you busy although hand sanitizer even a big jug of it at tables would be a great idea cause the games are slimy and makes one wonder if they get a wipe down at close of business, I'm guessing not. The bar for me was trash but I'm not into microbreweries, especially ones without a full bar. While on the subject of the bar, weak snowcone like fruity drinks dressed up with sonic ice did not impress this bar snob. When asked for patron, well there was none. Not a place for dancing, which I knew. Dance floor is so small pretty much nonexistent. The music although was 80's retro was mixed horribly. I grew up in the 80's and they even had better mixes then. You did not spin me right round baby right round. Came expecting to love an establishment but left disappointed. Dove's cried in the purple rain. Love the idea. It does get crowded on a Saturday night but the crowd didn't bother me nor was the bartending awful, I mean they worked with what they had. Actually 2 stars for me but gave them 3 for the whole microbrewery selection. People who like domestic and high end liquor move on cause it's not here.
