I had an 8am appointment, and did not wait long at all to be seen. All of their equipment and tools are clean, high tech and up to date. I had Emily as my DH and she's funny, professional & did a wonderful job with my cleaning. I really appreciate how she was upfront about costs and coverage, how easy it was to book another appointment & the efficiency they had. Dr. Matt was the person who checked my teeth and he was friendly. Had a great experience and already booked my next appointment! Look no further. Consider this dentist. Took me a week and a couple of trials and errors with other dentists before finding this one. I did not have positive experiences with the other dentists despite their 5/5 star reviews. They did not actively listen to me or respect my time and resources. They spent more time trying to upsell me for treatments that were not necessary and rip me off on price and billing. I was looking for excellent dental work and honesty and integrity during my doctors evaluation. I found that here. I'm from out of state and needed a root canal re-treatment and filling. I was told my crown is salvageable and to find a dentist who can fill it after re-treatment. 2/5 told me they can help. The rest must've felt it's not worth their time, if they can't get a $1000 out of pocket and bill my insurance thousands of dollars. In fact, I was told from other dentists it would cost $120 - $200 out of pocket for just a filling. They must've thought I was stupid. I didn't experience any deception or unscrupulous behavior here. This place is clean and has a welcoming environment, and an organized appointment system. I experienced honesty and integrity during my evaluation and treatment. This place respected my time and resources and I'll refer people and be back for dental work if I'm ever in the area again. read more

Love this place!!! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Came to get a cleaning and to cover up a stain on a front tooth of mine, but found out I needed a root canal. Though it's never the news you want to here, doctor Brad (I think that's his name?) was able to take care of it in the same appointment. It is hard to put into words how grateful I am to Dr Franzen and his team for todays experience. I am a highly strung anxious patient and have often booked and not shown up. I am glad I went today, their kindness, patience and expertise was unmatched in my 54 years of life and I have had numerous issues with my teeth through the years starting at 4 so I know what I am talking about. This was by far the best experience to date and I plan on telling everyone I know. Absolutely do not hesitate to go to this team. I really can't heap enough praise on them. I hadn't been the the dentist in a couple of years like most so I went to Flash for a cleaning and exam. I was also having some teeth pain so was quite certain I had cavities. X rays were easy and Emily's cleaning experience was wonderful. Dr Frazen reviewed my X-rays and said that I had no cavities and teeth looked healthy! He easily could have said I had some decay and I would have believed and paid. I've been to other dental practices that have no problem making up that you have cavities for $ but not Flash! He still of course cared that I had some pain and recommended a few short term solutions to try and keep him posted. Excellent experience all around and highly recommend! read more

I went in for my appointment and did not have to wait to be seen. Emily was my hygienist and she is super informative and really really nice! I'm the type of person who needs to know everything before any procedure to level my anxiety and she did all that! I didn't even have to ask her any questions cause she was so thorough. Had no problems with insurance or billing. Everything was explained and every procedure and cost was layed out and explained by Emily. Emily did my cleaning and Gina assisted. Both of them were an awesome duo! I was honestly scared of pain going into the cleaning but they did offer and use numbing gel which helped a lot.
