Hands down my favorite place to take my car. I love that they hand wash and dry it, so you don't…read morehave to worry about a brush or machine scratching the car. They do such a great job on both the interior and the exterior. They have different packages that focus on different needs. (seats, carpets, etc) This was my first time getting #7, the carpet shampooing package. My kid dropped a large sugary beverage and it spilled all over. I cleaned it the best I could, but the next day my car still had an awful overwhelmingly sweet smell. I felt like I had a brand new car after they were done with it! I've been coming to this car wash for 4 years and they never disappoint. They are pretty fast and efficient. They pay attention to detail and even vacuum my car seats- which I appreciate. I recommend coming early during the week because they get very busy. There's an outdoor seating area while you wait. I usually pick up food nearby and eat. (On Queen St, there's so many food options: Fancy Bagels, Starbucks, Dunkin, Ellie's Farmhouse - our favorite brunch spot... etc. Jersey Mike's, Chipotle, Moe's, Buffalo Wild Wings, iHop, a ton of fast food restaurants, etc. depending on the time of day!) I tell everyone about this place. They are wonderful! It's relatively inexpensive, especially considering that they have consistently done a great job every time. I've never paid more than $70 before tip. Tip is completely optional and they've never asked/ they aren't pushy or expectant about it. You can give a tip directly to them or discretely put it in one of their secure tip boxes. The cost of a wash without any special package is $20-something I think. (I forgot to take a photo of the sign.) They have a punch card for loyalty - and they do a free wash on your birthday! ****The prices in the sign photo attached to my previous review are old, from 2022. Prices have increased since then but they are still very reasonable!***

I walked around the entire building to find an employee for help I couldn't find anyone. Another dog owner drove up with their pet and said that he had called before bringing his dog today and was told over the phone by the staff that the dog wash was open until 5pm. He also discovered that it was closed. It's incredibly inconsiderate of this business to lie over the phone and say they would be open until 5pm when that wasn't true. We will never return. The other dog owner recommended the dog wash at Tractor Supply in Wallingford. We will be going there from now on for our weekly washes.

BUT NOW, that I've found this place i won't go back (unless its like 1 am and i get the sudden urge to clean my car) Always passed this place thinking it was like every other carwash with machines inside and guys drying your car outside, but it's not. There are ppl inside the structure that do all of the washing by hand. All you have to do is drive thru and stop when they tell you to! Awesome way to feed my laziness! Lol There are 4 levels to their washing which mainly make a difference afterwards. They range from good to ultimate. The posted sign has a clear description of what's included in each. NOTE: Vacuuming is not included in the Good and Better washes... I typically like to go with the Best (only $5 more) but have been alternating with Better, depending on how dirty the inside is. Waiting for a Holiday or special occasion to try the Ultimate wash. TIP: Avoid Saturdays... there is usually a line that can sometimes even block the flow of traffic and This causes the workers to rush.
