He offered to pick up my Jeep from my hotel when I had turned in for the night. I ordered the full package, so my filthy Jeep took about 5 hours. He returned it to the hotel parking lot, left my keys in the console and locked it. When I woke up and ran down to my Jeep like it was Christmas, I was speechless! It smelled new! I purchased their highest costing tier, called "Reflection" hoping to get the best wash. However, they do not provide this. There is a manual process of selecting the wash. This is provided by the employee at the entrance to the wash. They have always given me a lower tier (calledProtect and Shine) which has a considerably lower monthly cost. I assume this is because the higher ties costs them more money to provide. DO NOT PURCHASE "REFLECTION". You will be ripped off. Doing this constitutes FRAUD on their part. Buyer beware.
