Their headquarter dispatches tow truck to quickly tow the car. The customer reaches out to the tow company, and thus quick bucks. They will do this even if you have parked in a proper spot. They are so aggressive that while picking my car out of this place, I saw them towing a handicap car with a dog inside it. Absolutely no shame. The customer service is non-existent, and they have figured out a way to get out of the scammy situations, as they are years in this business. The arlington county need to take action against these predatory tow companies. They are harassing law abiding tax paying citizens. The story doesn;t end here, they damaged the right bottom proxiimity sensor in the front side of my car. it's another ordeal to kick off the process and coordinate with them, that I might have to go through. Stay safe, and take care. I called him since it was late afternoon after the local tire shops were closed. He did an excellent job and surprised me by showing me the nail I saw wasn't even the main problem, there was a second nail further into the tire that I wasn't able to easily see. He even gave me the nail as a souvenir haha. Prices are reasonable for coming to your location and being available nearly around the clock compared to the limited hours at most tire shops. I would never recommend this towing company or repair shop!! To be fair, the tow truck arrived…read morequickly as I was in the middle of I-66, but that's about it. After towing my vehicle, I was told it would either be looked at that evening or first thing the following morning. The company also refused to accept a credit card and only wanted payment through Cash App or Zelle. I even questioned it at the time but was on the side of interstate so didn't have much of a choice and paid the $150. ** The next day around noon, I went to the shop expecting to hear the diagnosis based on what I had been told. Instead, I found out they hadn't even started looking at my car. While I was there, I was shocked by the condition of the shop. IT'S DISGUSTING. I love cats, so this has nothing to do with animals being present. The cats roaming the building had VISIBLE fleas and ticks crawling all over them, there was heavy dust and hair and who knows what everywhere, trash scattered throughout the office and shop, and the entire place looked completely unsanitary and poorly maintained. I literally had to spray myself down before coming home so I didn't pass the bugs along to my dog. ‼‼ IF A BUSINESS CAN'T MAINTAIN A CLEAN WORKSPACE OR PROPERLY CARE FOR THE ANIMALS LIVING THERE, IT DOESN'T INSPIRE CONFIDENCE THAT THEY'LL PROPERLY DIAGNOSE OR REPAIR A CUSTOMER'S VEHICLE. To make matters worse, I wasn't informed until after I complained that there was a $150 diagnostic fee and a $75 per-night storage fee. That information should have been disclosed upfront. Because of this I then decided I wanted to take my car elsewhere to get a diagnosis. They refused to release my keys until I paid the fees for the car in the lot for less than 24 hours after failing to provide the service that was promised. *So, as many others, I called the police and filed a police report. This apparently happens all of the time at this business. Between the lack of communication, undisclosed fees, POOR customer service, and the DISGUSTING and I mean DISGUSTING condition of the shop itself, I will never return and advise you do the same. Unfortunately, I was not able to get pictures because the company locked all the doors to the office/shop immediately after they realized a police report was being filed and closed early.
