Tucson really lacks decent rib joints for low price. There's a few but the tend to charge really outrageous prices for the cuts of meat they're selling. This place on the other hand has good cheap ribs that taste like homemade with love. read more

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! My husband is working in Tucson, he loves wings. I googled restaurants near his hotel and this gem popped up. This place has the perfect vibe. Super great wings. The attention to detail is amazing here. I'm watching one of the employees clean the crack between the seat and chair backs. Who does that? They do it here. I stay at the Hilton across the street 3 or 4 times a year and always thought by the name that it's something seedy it's not. It's one of the coolest eating spaces I've been in in a while. I got the bbq wings. The sauce is sweet and sticky and the wings are crispy, juicy, and messy. Get the 8 piece combo for $12 it's the best deal in town. They also serve Korean ribs, burgers, and share the space with an acai bowl/smoothie place if you want to eat healthy. But who wants to do that? read more

My wife and I have eaten there three times and each time we have enjoyed the food. Their buffalo ranch fries have been an excellent start and each time they were fresh and delicious!! We don't always order fries but at Flaps and Racks we have to. Wings and pork belly have been perfect and the mild wings were perfect with just the right heat. Came to Flaps and Racks for Valentines Day It did not disappoint. The place was packed they had a beautiful assortment of flowers at the register which was a nice touch for the vibe of the day. The food was delicious everything was hot and fresh this was our second visit we tried different flavors this time. I got the chorizo Wing combo it was amazinggg. I thought I loved the Pizza flavor but this one was 10 times better. It hit the spot by far my favorite flavor it was so delicious!!! We also got the flavor of the month which was Chinese BBQ it was really sweet and sticky but overall it was pretty good. I'd like to try it next time on the pork belly instead of chicken. We tried the flying corn it was so delicious if you go it is a must-try. This is our new spot we love Flaps and Racks the atmosphere is great and we love supporting our local businesses! We'll definitely be back to continue to try more flavors and update more of our photos to share with our fellow yelpers! read more

Their food is great except for they can't seem to keep things in stock. Example is their baked potatoes I'll try for three weeks on Sundays to get potatoes that they have on their menu for my wife and I and they don't have them. With tech management could figure that out. I'm having second thoughts about going there again. This is my absolutely favorite place for wings and ribs. It's so good I went 4 days in a row at one point!! If you're a fan of lemon pepper wings you have to try their lime pepper they're so flavorful and well seasoned. The hot wings (I got boneless) were really spicy but they were so delicious, and the mild were great too. I've never eaten anything here I didn't like... i have recommended this place to at least 5 people since my first visit. Try it I promise you won't regret it! read more

So I was thinking it was like "that one place," but Racks means ribs. It was our first time there, and everyone was nice and helpful. Great food! We ordered pork belly, regular fries, sweet potato fries, mild, habanero mango, and garlic parmesan wings. The wings were huge. The pork belly pieces were huge. Both were crunchy and chewy in the best way. Sweet potato fries were really good, too! Thin and crispy, not soggy at all. When we're in Tucson, we're definitely stopping here again! :) read more

Wow, wow, wow! I've already been eyeing this place because it's on my way to work and looks sooooo cool ! Finally caved and ordered from them. I had high expectations because of how the place looks but I am so impressed. The bison burger is phenomenal and so reasonably priced , the wings are the perfect balance between juicy and crispy and the appetizer sampler was a great choice. The corn ribs are delicious , the mozz sticks and onion rings are so yummy and crispy and the fries are delicious. Definitely making this a regular spot. read more

I'm not a huge fan, but I notice that the owner is active on here so I want to give a couple suggestions :) while the wing sauce is good, there are some of us full grown adults that eat like children and order boneless wings, the boneless wings are not good. If possible, using just breast meat would make them amazing (these are literal sauced chicken nuggets most likely frozen from a package. Not worth 10$, I could've gone to Wendy's). The onion rings are a little bit too thick and doughy on the crust but I would really really really enjoy them with home made ranch. The packaged ranch is terrible and I know there's so many other ranch lovers that go nuts for house made ranch. You really can't serve wings, fries, onion rings, etc without good ranch. Other than that I'd probably try it again and just order something else that ranch doesn't go with read more
