A huge shoutout to Aldo, our server, who made the experience even better. I have a no dairy diet, and he was incredibly accommodating with making changes to my order so I could still fully enjoy my meal. He was patient, understanding, and genuinely made me feel comfortable, which I really appreciated. It's kid friendly and although it's a bit dark inside they did a good job with decor! The customer service was amazing from start to finish, and you can tell they care about their customers' experience. Great food, reasonable prices, and excellent service -- we will definitely be coming back. Five stars!

The birria ramen had the same issue it tasted mostly like salt with very little actual flavor. The tacos were just okay, nothing that stood out. On top of that, the prices are high. The service was also pretty slow, and they only had one salsa option, which unfortunately wasn't good either. There are much better birria spots out there. I gave this place a try because of all the hype, but I wouldn't go back or recommend it.

Lady at the front greeted us with a how can I help you! As in what are you doing here! I responded with a puzzling look we are here to eat" her reply was and the dog! She is a service animal... with a nasty attitude pointed to the table near the front towards the kitchen. I would never mind the inquiry regarding my service animal but the way she asked was condescending, disrespectful and unprofessional. She noticed my discomfort and she didn't care. Instead she started spreading the word of my service animal and employees and or family members of her kept gossiping about it. My father was not sure what to think or say. When my mother arrived she came to take the order. I asked what was on the nachos. The normal stuff beans and at the end she said meat or chicken Then I inquired about the more expensive nachos what was the difference between them since more expensive, she said the meat. One has meat and the other does not. I was confused and she said it as if I knew the menu. If you tell me all the ingredients for the first nachos plus meat, I like to know the difference for the other one. Instead I asked to take my parents order and I was going to think a bit more. Rudely she left by now an older man was at the front and started gossiping with him and he kept looking my way! As a paying customer you expect more courtesy and professionalism from the employees and possibly the owner. Before I would have said something because I was) and ruin my parents meal I decided to exit with my service animal. Even as I was exiting I could see them still talking crap.. Other customers walked in and were greeted with a smile. We got a what do you want (for better words) I will never ever step into this place. First time and last.
