Best Baby Back Ribs in Weston, if not in all the World! About 10 years ago, when we first moved to Weston, one of the first restaurants I visited was Flannigan's. We were a party of about ten, including small children, and the attention, atmosphere, and flavor of all the variety of items we ordered was well above average. However, it wasn't until months later that we discovered their signature dish, namely the Baby Back Ribs, which is definitely outstanding and overly delicious. We have had ribs over the years in many places around the world, including well-known restaurants in Manhattan, and Flannigan's Baby Back Ribs do not have anything to envy the ones in such places. They are tender to the bite, juicy, never overcooked, rightly spiced, and are paired with either backed potato or French fries and an amazingly tasting Cole Slaw. And, to make the eating experience more appealing, they offer the choice of Full or Half rack, depending on what your little heart desires. Don't get me wrong: Flannigan's offers a wide array of items, of which I would say the firecracker Shrimp are superb, but if you have a tooth for ribs, then why look elsewhere! Love this place. The food is Delicious and the service is always fast and efficient. My husband I usually go for dinner but we went for lunch one time and sat outside and had a lovely time as well. They have a lake with a waterfall and very exotic birds I never had seen before. It was Beautiful! read more

Bartenders are always rude, wait staff are non existent and for whatever reason they seem to think it is okay to add additional charges to your bill out of thin air. I have tried NUMEROUS times to honestly give this place a chance, every time I leave even more disgusted than the time before. Not even worth the 1 star we are allowed to give. read more

We enjoyed great ribs and salad! The ribs were juicy & the meat was almost falling off the bones. The barbecue sauce was just right--not too spicy. The salad was good & full of veggies. read more

Went to go have a quick lunch there in Weston the food was good but I only seen my server only once for the order and they were empty...and I did not get my lunch card stamped but that's besides the point very very mediocre read more

Their fish deep is good. This place used to be one of the first sport bars in Weston; however, through the years its lost some of its quality. Its due for a renovation, the place is a little dated and dark. read more

Unfortunately only had one experience with flanigans (will also be my last). My husband and I ordered take out. They told us 15-20 minutes. It ended up being 1h20min but my husband didn't mind waiting so we didn't make a big deal. When I went to eat my nachos, it was if the kitchen put them in the oven for 1 minute, as the cheese was still in its shredded form and not melted. I was already ticked off it took so long and so I drove back and returned them. I will say the manager took one look at them and was not happy at the kitchen for allowing them to go out like that, but I heard the hostess telling her about all the other food complaints they were receiving. read more

I called today at 1:30 and spoke to a manager named Tod, I explained that my pasta Cesar has Parmesan cheese on it when I ordered no cheese on my to go order. He put me on hold and had someone else take my name and number down so he could give me a call back because they were "extremely busy". So 6 hours pass and no one called me back. I just spoke with the night shift manager (his name was Jessie I think, I can't remember) I explained to him the situation again and he proceeded to say "do you want to pick up another salad?" I said it's been 6 hours and I don't want another salad and that I already had something else. He then said "Well it is a restaurant and mistakes happen. We also have a sign out front that no one really reads and it says to check your order before you leave so we can fix it on the spot". I then said my husband did check the order but it's so dark in there so he couldn't see the Parmesan cheese! Neither of them apologized not once! I then said thank you for the apology and he said have a good evening and hung up the phone as I was furious and said fuck you man! I ALWAYS go to this Flanigan's even tho there's a closer one to my house! I do not plan on going back to this Flanigan's. Horrible customer service! I didn't expect that from 2 managers!!! read more

Last night I had a horrible experience at their Weston location. There was a yellow plastic stick inside my hamburger. I bit on it twice and may have swallowed a piece of the stick. The bartender said the yellow plastic stick was used in the kitchen for temperature measurement. This morning I tried calling their corporate office, but was passed from one person to another and was told someone would call me back this afternoon. They did not. Terrible experience. There has been a couple times I have dined in and the service was average. (The waiter didn't come around much and forgot at least part of my order. This time was the last straw for me, and I feel like I have to tell people in order to save them from a bad dinning experience. That being said, I've been to other Flanigans' and the experience went pretty well. The problem Ive encountered was with this particular Flanigans in Weston, FL. This time around I decided to order take out in order to avoid the the sub-par service, too bad that didn't save me. I call to place a to-go order and the person taking the orders answers "HELLO" in a rude manner, like I'm calling her at her house past 10pm. Further, I place the order and when I arrive the girl goes to get my food ( 2 salads with 2 baked potatoes). When I receive the food I go to open the bag to check, as I always do, and she tells me " You don't have to check, I made sure, I packed the bag myself." Foolishly trusting her I leave. I make my 15 min commute back home to find she forgot the toppings to the baked potato. At this point I make the drive back just prove a point and they get me my toppings. I drive all the way back home again to then find out she had forgot the dressing to both the salads. At this point I give up, and I throw the food away. Ive given this restaurant enough chances. Luckily I work in an industry where I meet a lot of people daily who's sole purpose for meeting with me is to find out where to dine and enjoy recreational activities. Ill be making sure to NEVER recommend this Flanigans in, Weston, ever again. read more

This place is the worst. The waitress was so rude, then spoke bad about us having a toddler ( at a family establishment) to a waitress and we could hear her. The waiter knew nothing about specials or the menu. He wouldn't change it to the game we wanted and left all the TVs playing the same game...then as he watched the tv he told us to wait 2 minutes so he could finish the game ( mind you it was on every tv!!!) horrible horrible!!! Like never go not worth the money and you think people who's jobs depend on tips would know a little about customer service...unbelievable we left. read more

Visiting Weston from out of state and decided to give Flanigan's a try - seemed like a neat place in a very attractive location. We were seated for ten minutes with two different waiters coming in and out of our room multiple times. Neither one of them so much as looked at us, let alone acknowledged our presence and telling us they would be right with us! Got up and walked out, letting the hostess know why. We visit here often but won't be back to this restaurant. read more

Waiter was not attentive . The coffee was officially the crappiest I have ever had. The garlic bread was dripping with ridiculous amounts of butter. The chicken was overlooked to the point where a poor 10 year-old was unable to bite into it. The salmon (which was supposed to be a salad but actually came as a solid piece) to was overlooked and over salted . The tuna on the salad was not cut in pieces . The root beer was on the flat side. Joe's Meal Deal is anything but. First of all, they bump the price up by $2 because they automatically give you a salad. You could add a salad to any meal for $1.99 anyway. I ordered the half rack. Had already had a beer from the bar while waiting. Waitress asked if I wanted another drink, which is included in the deal however she failed to mention it wasn't covered because it was a large beer. My friend asked for the house Cabernet which she failed to mention they had no such thing. When brought to her attention she had the drinks prorated. Really! What in the hell is wrong with these customer service girls? When we arrived to the rest, they asked us to wait a couple of minutes but two minutes later they were calling other parties arriving later. When My wife complained she was told to wait 20 minutes, at least!!! We left the restaurant and one of those girls said: have a nice day, while smiling (or insulting) instead of finding a solution. Amazing. The service was excellent and the food was even better. I went late at night with a couple friends and the food still tasted fresh. I recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a great sports bar. The food servings were definitely worth the price as well. read more

I come to Flanigans a few times throughout the year to visit family and EVERY time they never fail to hit it out of the park with service and food. My most recent visit was yesterday (8/2/14) with my family and we had Steph as a waitress. From the moment we were greeted by Steph, she was extremely professional, personable, positive, funny and fun. She was fast at getting us our meals, but moreover she was accurate and this was a busy afternoon which makes it even more impressive. I will be coming back to the area in the spring and look forward to visiting Flanigan's again and enjoying the EXCELLENT customer service and food. And, hopefully, Steph will be there to greet us. :) read more

I think it would be nice if businesses would pay more attention to the products they serve and less to the ads they run to promote. I don't do take out a lot because the food is normally overlooked since you aren't there to judge and return it. I recently was going to a friends house and rather than having them cook I said I would order take out. What a mistake. Got the "new" rockin rib rolls, which were great. However, included was a ranch dressing dipping sauce...WHY...it was horrible and ruined the taste of the rolls. I also ordered the fall off the bone ribs, full rack, with the cole slaw and fully loaded baked potato. Sorry, another mistake. The ribs were not hot, maybe room tempurature and were not fall off the bone. NO COLE SLAW, totally missed that item, even though it was asked for on the check. The Baked Potato was not hot, butter would not melt, cheese I think was artificial and would not melt and the bacon...not sure. No salt or pepper, no knife, fork or spoon pack. Nice bag to carry everything. I would suggest putting a comment card in the bag so employees pay atention. This was my first experience at this location . Not lickely to return anytime soon. read more
