Jerseys has been a pines staple for as long as I can remember but I guess this is my first review. We stopped in after my sons baseball game so we were literally the first people through the door around 1140. Greeted and seated quickly by Justin (I think) and he grabbed us some menus. We ordered some drinks and some apps and took another minute with the menu. We ordered the cheese curds. They were fantastic. Super crispy, hot, cheese was melty and stretched right out! We also got the giant pretzel. Giant is an UNDERSTATEMENT. The thing comes out in a pizza box! Comes with beer cheese and a nacho style cheese. The beer cheese was awesome! other cheese tasted like plastic. I would ask for two beer cheese next time. On to the main course. We ordered Wings, Fries, Sliders, Fish and Chips, a Pizza and a Patty Melt. Wings were hot and minced garlic, cooked perfectly with lots of flavor and garlic! Fish and chips was perfect. Two light pieces of white fish batters and fried perfectly. Sliders were solid, nothing special but three mini burgers on buttery buns wont ever disappoint. Patty Melt was a little bit of a let down. Too thick in my opinion and lacked seasoning and sauce. Pizza was decent. 6.3 on my scale only because it seemed like it was cooked on an oversized tortilla. Curly fries were CLUTCH! I've been here several times over the years, from wing deals to lunch specials to happy hour. The best way I could describe it... "Your friendly neighborhood casual sports bar." In my latest visit, I had their lunch special of cod sliders with a side of curly fries. It wasn't bad, just enough without making me feel so gluttonous! Hubby got the large boneless wings and I thought they were gonna come out as big nuggets like BDubs but actually they're chicken tenders. He had half garlic parm and half Old Bay. We both liked the Old Bay more than the garlic parm, which could've used more garlic -- it's on the drier side instead of saucy. My only gripe is that they don't have an extensive drink list, but at least they have Kona and that's my go-to if there's nothing else. I did notice they changed the menu again. And I keep forgetting they have deals so I need to revisit when they have their specials! read more

Although I'm native to the Pines and Miramar area, I haven't been to Jersey's Wings until recently! Came here to try out their Dano-flavored wings with my partner and it did not disappoint. We came on a weekday evening and it wasn't too busy but had a good crowd. The server that helped us was super attentive and friendly. Our cups were never left empty and he was prompt to help whenever we needed it. Was craving some buffalo shrimp for lunch and Jersey's Wings delivered! This place is located about 15 minutes away from my job and my food was ready before I arrived. Even with the travel back to the office my shrimp and fries were still crispy. It a small bar with minimal seating but the staff and guests are really friendly. Jersey's is in a busy area strip mall, anchored by WalMart. We came late at night and only ordered the wings with the house sauce. The sauce was delicious and the wings were crispy and piping hot, but the big drawback was the size of the wings. These were the tiniest wings that we have ever eaten! The bones on the wings were visible because they were so small. Not sure if this was the normal wing size, or an aberration, but we are apprehensive to go back and try them again. read more

My husband and I went to the post office a few doors down and decided to come to Jersey's Wings. I haven't been here in a long time, so we decided to eat here for lunch. This is really a nice sports bar. They also have dining outside as well. I really like that the bar have many authentic jerseys and helmets signed from past and current NFL, NBA and MLB players. The sports bar have daily specials as well as lunch specials. For the drinks, I had lemonade and my husband had water with lemon on the side. I wanted shrimp so I chose the shrimp boat which is about 6 shrimp and curly fries. My husband had the double rack of ribs and curly fries. The shrimp were fried perfect and so were the fries. My husband enjoyed his ribs and fries as well. We didn't eat everything, so we took home the rest of our food. Our son didn't come, but we took his food home. Jersey's Dano wings used to be a staple for my friends and me back in high school... ten years ago! I stopped going for a while because it seemed like the quality had diminished a bit, but this week some old friends hosted a mini reunion here and I was pleasantly surprised at how much it felt like the same Jersey's from a decade ago. I ordered Dano wings w/ a side of bleu cheese and celery and carrots sticks and basket of curly fries. I remember the wings being a lot more saucy back in the day, but they were still delicious! We had a large group of 15 or so with only one server for the whole place. Luckily it wasn't too busy, but nonetheless, our server did a fantastic job keeping up with our slightly rowdy reunion. This spot is your typical no-frills sports bar, and I like how it's still kept the same vibe after all these years. Despite the negative criticisms I held from years past, I'm happy to say that my experience returning this week was wholly positive. This is my second time eating here. The service was excellent, but food was just average. We started with chicken wings, they were small and over fried. "Extra crispy". We got them served dry with two different hot sauces and ranch dressing. After that we got a big ass pretzel, that was good! Cheese sticks were next. They were heavily breaded and the came with very little sauce. Calamari was after that, it was good, it need more sauce also, it was way better then the wings. The place is small and i think may be flying under the radar with locals.. not sure if its new, and i dont venture to this area often so.. cant help much in that regards. As for the food, i only tried the chicken wings and waffle fries and they were both quite tasty.. its not something i would go out of my way to come to Jerseys for.. but nonetheless, i would recommend if anybody asked.. we went with the medium sauce. My son loved them.. in fact, we all did. The negative here was the service. My understanding is that the waitress was new to the area and, hence, this establishment. However, she still was a bit slow with our beer orders and the check took forever. The table behind us was complaining about the length of time it took for drinks to arrive so i can confidently say it wasn't an isolated experienced. It did, however, seem to be isolated to this particular waitress. I hope this doesn't sound like im throwing anybody under the bus because she was pleasant to deal with overall. But, if the service had been on point, this would be a four star review. A hidden gem of a bar/grill with great food, amazing prices and a comfortable, relaxed vibe that makes you feel welcome. The menu is large, but not to an extent that it's considered overwhelming. It has something for everyone, including seafood dishes, generously portioned appetizers, and classic bar food like burgers and wings. (I recommend 'em Xtra HOT!) Of the few times I've dined in, I found myself favoring the nachos with everything piled on, their fish and chips platter, and a big order of wings with curly fries. The nachos are, believe me, FULLY loaded and enough to feed a family. We had quite a bit left after filling up on them! My fish and chips were also excellent, served with a house made coleslaw that's one of the best I've ever had, and a generous portion of curly fries. The fish is super flaky and soft, with a crisp, perfectly golden breading that was made in the restaurant. I would also like to compliment the service, which is quick, friendly and attentive. Jerseys makes the best wings. The Dano wings are my absolute favorite. They are super crispy and extremely flavorful! We also had curly fries and jalapeño poppers which were both great accompaniments. I would recommend not getting melted cheese with the fries because their cheese was just very congealed and not your normal melted side cheese. My family and I love Jersey's Wings! We live relatively close and it's definitely a go to spot for quick eats! The owner is usually there and you can see him socializing with his regular customers.
