One of the best locations!! The staff is friendly and makes sure the wait isn't too long. I'm a fan of the waiting list on Yelp, I make sure to always use it. Sitting at the bar is so much fun here. What can I say about Flanigan's that hasn't been said. It's a South Florida premiere eating establishment which offers a good variety of food along with affordable prices. The service is always on point and the atmosphere is always great. This time we had the Joes meal deal with a rack of ribs along with all of the trimmings (salad and garlic rolls) with a nice cold beer. There's plenty of tables however it's always popular so the wait is usual 10-15 minutes. We love location best and appreciate the proximity to our neighborhood. read more

We had Genesis as our server and she was one of the best we had. Very polite, patient, and understands what service is about. Of course the ambiance was good, came here in Friday evening big and everyone just having a good time with food and drinks. You can't go wrong at any Flanagans honestly. Real good vibes, quick services, very nice. Packed house when we went due to the game bury it was still good atmosphere. This Flannigans pinecrest location is a good time too. The food and drinks are the same as any location and the atmosphere is still all fun. On the weekends or game nights there's usually a bit of a wait but there are some games there to keep you occupied like air hockey. There is also a waiting area and seats outside. Positives: - Got here on opening weekend for college football, and we only had to wait 20 minutes for a table. - Food was tasty NEGATIVES: - Our server Ashley was absolutely horrendous and awful. Even an unskilled child could have taken orders better than her. She screwed up the details of our order and the order for the table behind us. Is it really too hard to put "no lettuce or tomato" on a burger? - The service is slow and very passive. Waiters always ask other runners to get a drink or dip for ranch rather than just getting it themselves. Ends up coming 5 minutes later. - Wings (which are the best thing on the menu) cost more than $1 per wing which is a total joke. Other menu items are decent price, but good wings cost way too much If you end up bin coming here, be sure NOT TO ASK FOR ASHLEY because she is without a doubt the worst server you could get! read more

We went here the Monday after Christmas and there was a 50 minute wait at around 2-3pm. That means it must be good, and the food was delicious. I ordered the salmon with a toasted sesame seed glaze and black beans and rice as a side. It was delicious. They started us with garlic rolls which were so yummy. My friends ordered the ribs and they loved them. The place was nicely decorated for the holiday with lights and tinsel. The only problem was the service. Our server was very friendly but made several mistakes, such as not bringing my friend her beverage when she ordered it and not separating the checks even though we asked. He charged my friends more than the menu said for the rib special. He said the price went up. My friend asked to speak to the manager, and she said the same thing. We wound up waiting about 45 minutes for the bill to be corrected, it was crowded but that was too long. The manager, however, discounted my friend's orders to half price which was very generous. read more

Tired of waiting . Flanagan's is not what it used to be. Between quality of food, service and wait time. I'm losing love for a Flanagans.

This location is awful. My family is a party of 9 I was told when we arrived the wait was 25-30 minutes and we decided to wait. An HOUR goes by after watching everyone walk in and be seated right away and the hostess wanted to seat us in 2 separate tables which we refused because we weren't going to sit separate from our kids. This location does not prioritize big families or can even accommodate them. Very disappointed in the service. read more

Flannys on any day of the week is a great choice. There are a lot of hater but they know deeeeeeep down in their heart Flanigan's is the best chain restaurant in the miami area. They have a large menu and everything is delicious such as sandwiches, burgers, pasta, ribs, nachos, and so much more! Wing it Wednesday is one of my favorite days to celebrate flannys and next has to be Mexican mondays! You can't beat a pitcher of beer or soda with wings (wed) / with nachos (mon)! The service here is usually good, quick, and attentive. They do have a rotating staff of young people so you don't always see the same faces here. Something to remember also is that this place is a locals favorite so they do get busy at all locations and this sometimes can slow service down. So be mindful of this. The interior and exterior seating is plentyful and revolves around south Florida fishing life. They also have Joes Meal Deals during lunch time and dinner that helps a light wallet. First of all does not deserve not one star. Absolutely horrible experience at Flanigan's. We waited an hour and 30 minutes for a table, only to be shown a spot that clearly didn't fit our entire party. Meanwhile, a group of 12 walked in after us and somehow got seated before we did -- no explanation, no apology, just straight-up disrespect. To make matters worse, when we expressed our frustration, the manager had the audacity to point to a tiny sign we had never seen and claim it explained everything. Seriously? If there was such an important policy, how about warning us before we wasted 90 minutes waiting? Communication and basic courtesy clearly don't exist here. Never coming back. A Tuesday night wait for a table for 2 was almost 2 hours (although in the waitlist ) was ridiculous !! food took a long time to come out , did not come out how i normally order my wings , salad had very little dressing asked for more dressing took forever! Hi! So ordinarily, I usually have a great time visiting this Flanigan's, but during my most recent visit, I had the unfortunate experience of dining here on an understaffed night. This place usually has great food and great service but tonight was a sad exception. We had the misfortune of being sat next to the most loud, disruptive, annoying group of individuals that were soooo obnoxious we could not even hear ourselves nor the wonderful and understanding waitress, Deandre. We asked to speak to the manager to see if she would mind speaking to the table to be a little bit more respectful about the people around them, but when Lily came to our table, she was nothing but rude with helllaaa attitude, and proceeded to speak to us like children instead of listening to a single thing. Her tone was getting more aggressive, and we saw this conversation wasn't heading anywhere productive or worth having, so we moved tables. We were then sat with the wonderful Lorena who did her best to make us feel a little better about choosing to eat here tonight, and provided excellent and attentive care. We ordered food and the Caesar salads came out extremely gross and dry but somehow wet at the same time. The entrees took forever to finish making and we lost lost of our appetite at that point, leading to a pitiful and disappointing night. Flanigan's is usually a second home to us, but tonight we've never felt more alienated. Very very sad today. (And without the service from Deandra or Lorena, I fear there wouldn't be any stars on this review whatsoever). read more

Flanagan's has been around forever and is well known. The food variety and quality for American cuisine and basic seafood is very good. Unfortunately the wait times are very long ( more than 1 hour) at usual dinner time and the environment is excessively loud, especially if you are seated near the bar. It's just bad acoustics there. The wait staff is usually good but it seems like the kitchen is overworked (maybe understaffed) which is maybe what lends to long waits for a table. They are known for their baby back ribs and wings but their angus beef burgers are also good. Their pricing is fair. I recommend if you don't mind noisy environment. read more

One of my favorite south Florida restaurants and my go-to when I'm craving wings or ribs. The rib rolls are hands down the best appetizer--crispy, flavorful, and a must-try. I also love the Joe Deals, which come with garlic bread, a Caesar salad, and a drink along with the main course, making it a great value. I usually go for the ribs as my entrée, and they never disappoint--tender and full of flavor. Their pastas are also a favorite of mine. Great spot to watch sports as there are TVs all around, making it a great place to catch a game while enjoying a great meal. read more

So this is the Flanigan's I heard SO much about from my Miami buddies. For those who don't know, it's a chain down there and they have a lot of green in their lights and decor. Of course, that caught my attention :). When my friends and I arrived, it was PACKED. We barely managed to grab 3 seats at the bar -- but thank goodness we did, or else we would've been waiting a while for a table! I got the smoked fish dip since I wasn't incredibly hungry, and man... it was both smoky and salty! It was saltier than I liked, so it really wasn't my favorite... I also tasted some ribs that a buddy got. Those were good -- and no way as salty as my dip haha. The star of the show for me was the chocolate martini I had. Since it was a birthday trip for me it seemed fitting to have a dessert drink... TOTALLY worth it! Only prob is, it made me even fuller haha. But I'd totally get it again. Flanigan's seems like a cool spot to hang out at, and I'd be down to explore more of the menu. It was a little cold in there though... they could turn the AC down a notch. read more

Before I start, I want to say that I gave opportunity to this location and corporate to address my concerns privately and they both failed to do so. I brought my cousin to this location last week as she is visiting from another country. After being seated, we waited for 15 minutes to even be acknowledged by our disrespectful server Sarai. She didn't apologize for the delay, gave my cousin her drink, then proceeded to take 10 minutes to bring mine. Again no apology. Then the food comes out before the appetizers by another 10-15 minutes. Sarai threw the napkins that we asked for at us. After bringing this to the attention of the hostess, our waitress aggressively came up to us and said "what's the problem?". After explaining my concerns, she did not apologize or acknowledge them and only asked if we wanted to speak with a manager. The manager came and said she heard we were ''mad" the food came out before the appetizers to which I remarked we were way past that. Sarai continued to ignore us for other tables until we left and gave a disingenuous apology when she brought us the check. Corporate did NOTHING when I reported this to them and just said they would forward it to management. The same management that allows their disrespectful servers to talk to Black customers like that. read more
