Great staff, nice location. Even during the busiest time getting a table was quick. The weekday specials are definitely worth the visit.

Went to Flanigans last night. Didn't have a reservation and was told a 30min wait. Asked if bar was open to hang out? Told yes give us your number and we'll text you. Long story short....59mi. Later I walk back to host desk and ask what the deal was? Told they sent me a text 29 min ago. I pull out my phone, show text messages, no text . I tell them I ordered already at the bar. They apologize and say we can seat you do you want that I say yes. Get a table next to bar. Food finally comes(Texas Burger). It's dropped off and I never see a server again. Burger was good fries were stale. My table ketchup was totally empty btw, had to get one myself. Have to find server for my bill so I can pay it and when it comes it's$102.00! (Correct amount should have been $24& change) I ordered one drink and a burger. Bar lady says, " all I did was transfer the table to your tab." (Apparently, someone walked out w/o paying? ) She's says she needs to go talk to the manager(Curtis). Nearly 10min go by and "Curtis" comes to my table. He tells me he reversed the charges and it's back on my card and I'm only being charged for the correct amount. I say, Listen, I'm not really happy right now. First, I'm told a 30min wait. 59min later no table. He says, "that's not true they should have said that they lied." You should have been seated. Then i tell him how disappointed I was with the service. He said, " I understand your frustration give us another try." That's it! I leave and go to my room 3 blocks away. I'm at my room and am so bothered by the encounter and his lack of customer service that I literally change into running shorts and run back there. (All he had to do was to say I'm sorry let me at least give you a dessert to go or take care of your drink. That would have spoken volumes but no! So I ran back with the sole intent of telling him I'm not ever coming back. I got there met with him and still had it in my mind that if young assistant manager said I'm sorry let me give you a drink coupon or dessert I would have let it go. But, no! All he could say was, "I'm sorry for your frustration", and some other words that sounded like blah blah blah from Charley Brown's teacher. We haven't been here since before Covid and thought we would visit again. They have decorated for the holidays with lots of lights and ornaments. It looks very festive and nice. It was very husy in here. We ordered Joe's Special Prime Rib dinner, which is a slightly smaller cut of meat than the regular size. It comes with their delicious Garlic Rolls dripping in a garlic butter sauce, a veggie salad, prime rib, loaded baked potato, and your choice of a glass of wine. We chose Merlot. We had a nice evening. Their menu is filled with all different dishes. There are several TVs to watch sports also. They also have good bar food, like ribs, wings, burgers, steaks, etc. Our server was Gregory, who was very attentive and friendly. Our water glass was always filled, and he checked on us several times even though he was very busy. Parking is in the back of the restaurant, and they have wheelchair accessible parking near the back entrance door. They also have a wheelchair ramp that goes straight into the restaurant. There are several Flanigan locations, but this is closest to our home. They are all similar and good. read more

This place had a really beautiful atmosphere lots of good art and fish tanks and they have a game room with a pool table on . I never played but next time I will. The mahi-mahi, which is the dolphin was the best, even though it wasn't my order and the pasta was really good. If you go often enough, this bar could definitely be your "cheers" where everybody knows your name lol They have great happy hours till 7p and then it starts again at 9pm till close. They also have daily specials where you get wings, nachos or onion rings with your order of a pitcher of beer, depending on the day. I believe you can get it even with a pitcher of soda. Just make sure you ask. They have a good food menu as well. The wings are delicious, the nachos are good and humongous! I also love their lemon pepper tilapia....the sauce is just so good. Make sure you also ask for Joe's meal menu where you choose an entree from a selected menu and you get a glass of wine, salad and garlic rolls with it... great deal!! Really nice bar in Collins Av. the ambiance in the restaurant makes you feel as if you were at the beach. Quality - price relationship is even, but mostly important was the relationship customer - server! Eliot was more than amazing when treating us. Super funny and customer focused. Horrible service I knew it was going to be a problem when we walked in and the suppose hostess was on her cell phone and her mask was not even covering her nose. I went up to her and let her know know I had a party of 5 she when on to tell me it would be a 5min wait. It was 4:30 no one was there and the restaurant was empty? I was like ummmm okay Shalini not her name but sure looked like one. She went on to keep looking on her cell phone and I guess after she was board she sat us down. So we get the waiter hands us the menu....took our drink order....we let him know we wanted an appetizer loaded nachos....he comes back and hands off the drinks just to anyone not to who it's suppose to go to. Then the appetizer comes as we were about to start eating there was a long blk hair in the food when the waiter came back we had advised him of this and took the appetizer back and would be right back. Well our food then arrived mins later the manger comes with the nachos we advised him why would we want the nachos if we now have our meals? He proceeded to say so you had me make this for nothing? I was beyond myself to say something to him but I held back. It extremely rude. As we were eating the waiter NEVER came around to check to see if we wanted more drinks. My plate was good salmon with coleslaw $17.99 and a side salad was extra $2.50 ridiculous when you can't substitute everyone else's food was bland. For people who in that Industry you think they would be more helpful and want to earn a great tip. Just went in to see if we could sit at the bar. Manager was standing there to tell people that they weren't taking names anymore, which is fine. We have been here before so we were going to kind of hang around to see if anyone would leave the bar. My boyfriend asked if we could just wait to see if anyone would leave the bar and the manager said "I rather you NOT" and so he said oh okay well we will just hang out right here and see and she told us we can wait outside but my boyfriend wanted to watch the game in the lobby. She then proceeded to whisper to a co worker about us and told my boyfriend he didn't have to have such a loud mouth, which got my boyfriend kind of mad obviously because that was rude. So he was talking to me about how it was awful customer service as she was telling the people behind us to leave super rudely. She then comes back to us and said "I can hear you" and he said "I know usually managers are nice and have good customer service but you're being extremely rude" and she said "I asked you to leave" (which she didn't) and then said LOUDLY "I DONT HAVE TO SERVE YOU GET OUT NOW" and proceeds to kick us out for absolutely no reason at all. Horrible service the waiter christopher is so rude he made a mistake with the order and instead of apologized he treated us so bad because he had to correct the price and even the manager was rude as well he threw the check on our table like we were having free food and on top of that when we want to pay the bill the waiter again threw the cash register drawers and made a whole scene and then he harassed us for a signature all the way to our car because we accidentally took the wrong signature receipt is horrible read more
