Absolutely awful. This place has some of the worst wait-time management I've ever experienced. My brother and I arrived at 8:00 PM, starving, and were quoted an hour and a half wait. Fine. We waited. After an hour passed, they tacked on another 20 minutes ON TOP of the original 30, and then left us waiting yet another hour with ZERO updates. Meanwhile, a couple who showed up an entire hour after us was seated before we were. Completely disrespectful and unacceptable. By this point it was 10:30 PM, and it was obvious they had no intention of seating us at all. We left. Because of their incompetence, I couldn't even spend time with my brother and ended up getting McDonald's instead. What was supposed to be family time turned into standing outside a Flanigan's for hours. This place wasted my entire Saturday night. Until this restaurant fixes its broken wait time system, I will NEVER come here again. read more

The food is good. The ambience is good, but if you go there weekend or during the night, the waitresses uniforms are unacceptable. Went there with my family. My young kids waitress showing her boobs basically wearing very small tight shorts. It was very uncomfortable and embarrassing. Takeout Order - May 5th, 2025 | Kendall Location #70 We've been loyal Flanigan's customers for years, especially fans of the ribs--but this last experience was unacceptable. Ordered takeout on May 5th at 10:14 PM from the Kendall location. My wife got the 1/2 rack ribs meal, something she's ordered before and loved. This time? The ribs were so dry they were inedible. Not slightly overcooked--dried out and dead. Fries with both meals tasted like they'd been sitting for hours. We live a mile away and started eating almost immediately, so this wasn't a time issue--it was kitchen execution. What's worse is I contacted Guest Relations right away and was told the issue would be shared with the location's management. That was on May 6th. It's now days later--no response, no offer to make it right. Just silence. If this is how Flanigan's handles regular customers and $40+ meals gone bad, I'll think twice before coming back. Service was not good. Our server disappeared multiple times. Our drinks came messed up 4 times... I didn't think it was possible to mess up a Jamo neat but they did. I've EVERY time. And the cups were dirty with lip marks on the glass. Also gave our appetizer to another table and brought the steak well done(more like congratulations since it was over well done) instead of medium raw. Wings didn't even come sauced. Flanigan's never disappoints. Every time we go, we have the Firecracker Shrimp, which are absolutely amazing, and the Full Rack Ribs that we love. The food is always tasty, the portions are generous, and the laid-back atmosphere makes it the perfect spot to enjoy. The draft beer is always cold and just right, rounding out the experience. Came here and we came for wing night and the drinks were cold. It was very cool atmosphere. The service was fantastic. The whole place felt very at home with everyone around you being friendly and loving being there so that was a really cool experience however the chicken wings that we did have, they didn't seem to be the best. I'm not sure if they fry their chicken wings or not, but it seemed like they came off the oven and it just a taste Was as it was from the oven. I've posted about this before how some people just milk the time on the tables and seats during game nights. These people are cheap, they'll seat there with the same hot beer for 2 hours watch the entire game not eating and leave a $2 tip. I would just put a big sign, $35.00 surcharge on bill after you've been seating there for over an hour. For this reason I'm giving them 3 stars. #keepseathoggersout. As I wasn't ever aggressive in the matter of accusations And humiliation. I believe this person took his authority to his advantage because he didn't get what he wanted. I was sitting at the bar on Valentine's Day by myself like I have done the last 3 months because I am going g through a horrible 26 year divorce with a narcissist. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always felt comfortable at your restaurant. Earlier the same week, I celebrated my best friend's birthday at your location without any issues, which makes this situation even more upsetting. On this occasion, I visited the restaurant alone to have a meal. A man seated next to me -- who was also alone -- repeatedly insisted that hw accompanied me to go to my home to retrieve my phone after I mentioned I had left it at home. I clearly declined and told him I preferred not to leave. His persistence made me feel uncomfortable. Shortly afterward, I was suddenly approached by staff members and escorted out of the restaurant. 2 big black guys. And threaten me I was going to jail. I was shocked, embarrassed, and confused, as I had done nothing wrong and was simply trying to enjoy my meal and beer. From my perspective, it felt as though the man I was seated next to used his influence or authority to have me removed. As a long-time customer, a business owner, and a grandmother, I would never intentionally cause a disturbance. I respectfully request that this incident be reviewed and investigated. I would appreciate clarification on why I was removed and what steps will be taken to ensure all customers are treated fairly and respectfully in the future. This Flanigan's is in Kendall and is small but mighty! Located on a busy road, you won't miss it! The parking is in a lot and not too hard to maneuver but most of the parking lots in this area are interesting and I definitely advice to drive with caution. Came with a group to celebrate our friends placing in a tournament and we were seated right away. We love getting the meal deals because it's a lot of food for a great price! We came during the "Christmas" season, even though its still November and the decor was decked out here. It was so cute- from the outside inflatables to the inside stringed lights, they were really in the spirit. The service was five stars with it being speedy and friendly, plus they always came to check in on us. Overall, a great Flanigan's location. read more

The "service" at this location is pathetic. The waitstaff act as if they are doing you a favor and the "managers" take no responsibility for lost orders or discourteous employees. If you're fortunate enough to get a meal that hasn't been misplaced or left sitting in a to-go box for an hour, the food is typical of any Flanigan's location. Went to Flannys Kendall last night with my teacher friends to celebrate end of testing. We went on a super cloud nine because we're teachers duh and testing is over!!!! Went for dinner and drinks and left with literally a bad taste in our mouths from the drinks and disgusting service! My friend put our names on the list. Hostess said no wait. We went outside to get another friend who had parked upon putting our name on the waitlist. When we got back inside (1 minite later) the hostess was rude and bumped us down and made us wait. Not because of anything just because she was rude. Then we waited about 20 minutes after she sat 2 families who arrived AFTER us. We finally sat and got our first round. Drinks were alright. But no complaints. We got a second round and the drinks were so so, but we couldn't get ahold of our waiter because he was MIA the entire night, so I called over the manager. Thinking that he'd be the one to make things right, he too began to be rude and look a me like I was fucking crazy when I said the drinks were soft and tasted more juicy than with alcohol. He proceeded to defend the way the bartenders make their drinks saying he can take the drinks back but they would be made the same exact way and NOTHING would change. We weren't trashing the bartenders at all, we just simply were saying this round was juicy vs strong. And maybe we could change them out??. This guy was an asshole and safe to say Kendall Flannys is not it for me! We sat at table 24 around 8pm. Just in case someone wants to look at the camera to see how rude the manager was acting towards us. Zero customer service skills. It's no wonder the hostess was rude. Her manager is the same way! Why would she feel she has to be nice if her own boss is a dick? Being treated the way we did at Kendall just solidifies why we always go to the Pinecrest location. The manager Lance is the best and makes all his customers feel welcomed and is super friendly! Safe to say we reached out to Lance and told him about the A-hole at the Kendall location. She's not the type of bartender to walk by and ignore or not offer to refresh drinks. She always is attentive, professional and even though, it's usually very packed, she pays attention to us and is very swift.
