My husband ordered a sausage, mushroom and onion pizza (tidbit: SMO is a classic, favored Milwaukee, WI style pizza). I learned the cider was made a couple blocks away by a local man named Peter (hats off to you Peter for one hell of a good cider!). The olive oil, used in the Greek salad dressing (which is made to order) is imported from Greece. To top it off, the pizza crust is also made to order. The salad and pizza were incredibly delicious, although I'd have liked a little more feta and olives mixed into the salad.
