Did not clean under the bathroom sink
Presleen E.

When arrived our room was not ready so we had to walk outside to drop our luggage off which they did bring to the room when we got into our room. The air condition was off so it was extremely hot in there they didn't clean the room good being we requested early check in found someone's club bracelet under the bathroom sink. Water pressure from the shower was very strong it was t a pleasant shower no ventilation in bathroom everything from the ceiling to the floor completely wet and everything on the bathroom counter. Our air condition was always off when we came back to the room. It's a nice size room but NEEDS an update.

People be rating Flamingo Hotel & Casino like it's bad, but IMO it's great! Perfect location on the strip. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Both CVS and Walgreens nearby for water, drinks, etc. Great pool vibe. And the presidential suite is fantastic! Sure, we're not talking 5 star luxury, but it's dang good for the price and location.

We really liked the flamingo. We were really excited to get a room with the window, but when we opened the window, it faced the back of the building and the air-conditioning units, that was pretty disappointing. We just left the window closed and enjoyed the room. The flamingo was the least accommodating when it came to checking in. Their check-in time is 3:30 and unless you pay extra, you cannot get into your room early not even 30 minutes early. We ended up going to another hotel and they let us in our room that same morning when check-in is normally 4 o'clock. So we were a little disappointed about that. All the casinos have cafés and food courts and things. I tried the café in the flamingo and the Matcha was really good as well as one of their empanadas that I didn't get a chance to get a picture of. All in all it was a good stay.

The flamingo (lovingly referred to as the "Dirty Bird") isn't the nicest hotel on the strip. The lobby and rooms both have interesting smells to them (read: not good ones). When my guest and I arrived, we tried to use the kiosks to check in but couldn't, so we waited in line for 15-30 minutes before we were helped by an agent. Once we arrived in our room, we settled in. We found it comical how small the pillows in the room were and we noticed that both of the beds had torn bedding. A few minutes into settling in, we noticed that the walls were quite thin. We could fully hear our neighbors conversation, which was fine during the day but really annoying at 3am when we were trying to sleep. Hands down the best thing about the flamingo is its location. It's beside a bridge walkway that takes you to the Caesar's Palace / The Coliseum -- and rig by next to a metro station. We knew that there were live flamingos and so we decided to check them out (but there were far fewer than we expected) NOTE: Hotel guest parking is $20 -- take a left on Linq St if you're coming in from the west side of Flamingo Rd.

This hotel was a bummer. We stayed here for price and convenience to the Sphere, but it's true when they say you get what you pay for. The check-in line was so long. Thank goodness I was able to use their express check-in line. We stayed in I believe was called the "GO" rooms. It was two queen beds. When they say basic, they truly mean basic. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was mid. There was no coffee maker or coffee. Surprised that they even had a fridge in the room! The plus side was that the beds were comfy. I wish there were more seats to be able to get ready. As far as downstairs go, everything seemed like it was under construction. If I come to the Flamingo again, I'll probably try to pay to stay in the other side of the resort.

Great location and value. We always enjoy staying at the Flamingo Hotel & Resort because of its location and competitive pricing. The rooms are a good size and well maintained. The Casino area is a good size and has good restaurant options. We also enjoy that it's right next to The LINQ Promenade, which has many great restaurants, bars, and entertainment.

I stay somewhere different every time I come to Vegas and I have mixed feelings about the Flamingo. The negatives: Dark room, not good lighting Lamp on desk didn't work/maybe needed a lightbulb? No coffee maker!! Rusty shower head/water was hard to turn on & off...called Maintenance but it was late and no one answered Dated fixtures/peeling finish on nightstand Toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) but no lotion Resort fee was high (I only used Internet so $59.95 plus tax was ridiculous for that!!) Positives: Had a fridge Convenient location!! Decent restaurants/Starbucks/food (Loved Havana 157 and Cortadito!!) Good shops (but most weren't open early enough for us working folks) Easy/convenient checkout Was able to check in early at a lower rate than other hotels previously...I think they gave me a deal, and I appreciated it! Loved the flamingos! Loved the garden and fountain Loved all the pink!! (Even the curtains in my room were hot pink) Didn't get to use the pool due to work but next time! Overall I enjoyed my stay and would return.

GETTING HERE: It's Vegas baby! Turn on your navigation, follow the signs, and you will land right to it. Just an FYI, the parking can be very convoluted on your first try (at least it was for us.) But once you've parked here, you'll forever get it straight. REVIEW: I thought this was going to be an ^updated review, but I realized I've never reviewed the FLAMINGO. Let's rectify that now. This visit a few months ago hurt. It really hurt. I won't wax poetic about old Vegas and how things have changed in 2026. It just makes me so sad to see the FLAMINGO turning into shambles. The service absolutely sucked. From the front desk staff to the bartenders to the dealers, and more. Everybody hated their job and it was painfully clear that everybody hated their job. The only relative pleasant experience we had was stealing with the housekeeping support staff on our floor. Also, if you are in the rooms above the LINQ promenade, be sure to bring some earplugs. There's a Mexican restaurant that plays techno music until two and 3 o'clock in the morning. Finally, after two nights of this, we advocated for ourselves and move to a different room. Asking for that accommodation was beyond painful in and of itself. But with the amount of money that we paid to stay at the FLAMINGO, we should have been treated to a better experience. At the bare minimum we should've been able to sleep without issue - and not been treated with such disdain and disgust when advocating for ourselves to change rooms. We just needed sleep. As of this Spring 2026 review, I would caution you to stay here at your own risk - risk of no sleep and horribly rude service.

Hello everyone, just a quick review of our stay in Vegas. Jen & I stayed at the Flamingo Casino & Resort in Vegas, we had a great time and lucky enough to enjoy so cooler weather ( overcast ) for the first 3 days so a lot of walking in & out of all the Casinos, we will have to go back as we ran out of time for Fremont Street. Jen did win $100.00 bucks on the Penny Slots on her third pull . The food was pretty good BUT expensive as well as the drinks but still enjoyed a few every evening while out exploring. One of the highlights was seeing the Wizard of Oz at the Shier, it was pretty amazing and all the effects were incredible. All in all we had a great time in Vegas and will return when it gets cooler. One last thing, they are building a new casino, The Hard Rock Casino & Resort and seeing what was done so far on it it's gonna be huge and sure some of the surrounding casinos are going to be a little less busy when it opens.

Literally the worst stay ever!! I literally cried and it was my bday wknd!! I have stayed here in the past and nothing compares to this day. I was there from Saturday, August 29 through the 31st and it was such an inconvenience to have to move rooms because the AC was not working properly. It was a lot of back-and-forth with customer service until finally we went to the Front Desk. Only thing they did was move us to a smaller room. That was nothing compared to what we had gotten, but honestly, both rooms were disgusting never ever staying here again.

Entrance from the Linq Promenade

The Flamingo sits mid-strip and is a longtime favorite. It offers its wildlife habitat, a Cuban coffee bar, and Lisa Vanderpump's adorable Pinky cocktail bar. It also sits near the Linq Promenade which offers shopping and several restaurants. We had a fun time playing cheaper slots and after $3 in a nickel machine, I cashed out $121. Not bad! My experience is from a casino and hotel visit (rather than a person staying overnight).

The Critical J.

PROS: This was a very nice hotel to enter! With a long history with the Mob and a colorful history in Vegas; they kept up with this hotel with renovations. Spacious and clean, staff is friendly, and very good location. CONS: I didn't see any parking lot nearby so I'm not sure if there's a spot to park at OVERALL: I would recommend visiting this hotel; but I would find out about the parking situation before you stay here

Holly W.

The flamingoes are fine! I traveled to Vegas just a few days after the Canadian stole a flamingo and brought him up to his room! (No joke, check need outlets.) Some the flamingoes are back to enjoying that Vegas life. But you now cannot get as close and a Falmibgo employee in onneatch at all times for the safety of the flamingos. A crane was trying to fly but he couldn't. And it was sad to watch so we moved along. Great spot for photos. After all these years of traveling to Vegas I never once thought about looking at the flamingoes. Glad I checked in on them.

Ask the Community - Flamingo

Do they have Pai Gow? Does anybody know what time the table opens? Thanks.

What's the most reasonable priced place to eat on property?

I would say the Food Court as it has pizza place, burger joint, and Asian food.

Do they you hold luggage if you get there early and you still have time to check in?

I'm sure you can. I think all the hotels will let you check your luggage before or after you check in / check out. Make sure to tip!

Does anyone here try to book the 2queen bed with bunk bed?? How is it?? How many can fit?

That's not a thing.

What are the resort fees? I've read some places are waiving them to bring in customers.

Everyone is correct, I just checked out on Sunday and it was $45.30 per day. Yikes.

Do any of the newly remodeled Flamingo rooms have pool views on low floors?

No why would they.

How late can you check in?

Late arrival - The Front Desk is open 24 hours. They do not begin canceling reservations until around 3am. not sure if your requested room/floor would still be available after…

How much is deposit per night?

$50

Is the pool open ? Hours?

Yes, the pool is open. When I was there last month they were allowing 90 people. first come, first serve. They opened at 10 am

How much is deposit.? Is cash accepted for deposit or debit card accepted? Will be traveling there end of the month.

Deposit must be secured using Credit or Debit. No cash is accepted.

Do they have room service?

Not at this time

How and when do I go about reserving a spot at the smaller pool?

U have to get on the reservation list through txt message. Ask a employee they should give you business cards that have the number to txt to reserve a spot.

Does anybody have an photos from Go Deluxe wheelchair accessible room? Or have any experience being paraplegic staying at this hotel?

I would personally call the Casino Directly, they will tell you all access to and from the Casino with the accessibly to accommodate your needs.

Is there full body mirrors in the rooms? What is the resort fee per night Is there an shuttle from…

I don't recall having a full body mirror in my room. I don't remember the resort fee about 35.00 per day. I couldn't get a shuttle so took a taxi. Wi-Fi is free.

Is April full of party people ? Lol

Ya once they open up the pool, like spring break time ish.. it's hella poppin lol highly recommended

How is the air conditioning inthe rooms? In May 2019, our room wouldn't get cooler than 77 degrees. We love the location though. When did you stay there? It was my husband's 47th time there. The customer service was not very good either

We was there in November and our conditioner didn't work we had them come up and they gave us some ridiculous story about how they adjusted it where it wouldn't get warm I would never stay at this place again if you look at my reviews I have almost…

If the pools are closed here in the winter can you use the pool at another one of the Caesars properties like Paris?

No, you have to pay a fee to get into the other property pools. But all pools will be closed in October.

How much is valet parking?

About $24 per day

How much is the holding fee? Also parking?

I'm staying in the new bunk rooms for a bachelorette this summer. Does anyone have any additional info or pics of the bunk rooms? Also, any tips/advice on good deals for bachelorette other then the normal ones?

The beds are more like fulls than it is queens which is what you see on the website. But still comfortable. The room does have a chaise and a chaise lounger so if you have more people getting a bit tipsy they can crash there. No full body mirror so…

This is one of the newer hotels on the Strip (opened in June 2021) and this is an Asian-themed hotel as (1) the hotel tower does not include a 4th floor (4 is considered an unlucky number in many Asian countries) and (2) half of the food court options at Famous Foods Street Eats are Asian-inspired eateries. [Parking]: Self-parking at Resorts World Las Vegas = $21 flat rate for 24 hours. [Experience]: The District is basically the two-level luxury shopping area at Resorts World and honestly the retail shops were underwhelming. There is also a mini LED sphere at The District called The Globe. Our party came here to take pictures of the giant animated emoji of The Globe. While not everything is a hit at the food court (Famous Foods Street Eats), there are some food options that actually taste just as good as some of the Chinese food in Los Angeles like the noodles from Whu Zhang Artisan Noodles. [Ridesharing]: The front entrance of Resorts World offers Zoox which is the latest driverless ridesharing experience in Vegas. Riders will need to download the app to take a ride. [Conclusion]: Come here for the LED sphere inside the shopping mall and the variety of Asian food options at the food court.

Disappointing Experience at Resorts World Las Vegas…read more Our visit to Resorts World Las Vegas started off great, but unfortunately, the experience took a turn for the worse on October 10 at approximately 1pm near pool day club. A security guard approached our group and began questioning us, including one friend who was simply enjoying herself . The guard was questioning without clearly explaining what rule we had violated. The interaction made us feel singled out and harassed for no apparent reason. We calmly asked the guard why we were being approached and requested clarification, but he had no specify reason why . We were there to have fun, socialize, and enjoy our time together, yet we felt as though our group was being treated as a problem simply for being outgoing and bringing positive party energy. The way we were treated left us questioning whether our age, appearance, or skin color played a role in how we were perceived and approached. We were simply a group of working professionals looking to enjoy a night out. Instead, we felt targeted for behavior that did not appear to warrant that level of What made the experience worse was the feeling that Resorts World was more interested in catering to a younger crowd while overlooking guests like us. Regardless of age or background, every paying guest deserves to feel welcome, respected, and comfortable. It is especially frustrating to spend your hard-earned money at a resort only to feel unwelcome and unfairly targeted. This was one of the most disappointing experiences we've had in Las Vegas. Resorts World needs to take a closer look at how its security staff interact with guests and ensure that everyone is treated fairly and respectfully, regardless of age, appearance, or race. No guest should have to feel profiled or harassed simply for enjoying themselves. We came to have a good time, and unfortunately, the way we were treated overshadowed our entire experience. Based on this visit, I would think twice before returning.

Schedule your ride in advance. The pool area hosts concerts with some great musical guests. Through the rewards program, I've also received offers for free tickets. For me, M Resort offers everything I want: views, warm weather, good food, a pool for relaxing, and a spacious room. My preference is the West Tower. I've seen the newer East Tower rooms. They're nice, but they give more Holiday Inn vibes compared with the experience I enjoy in the West Tower. The biggest difference is space. The West Tower rooms have deep soaking tubs, TV monitors in the bathroom mirrors, double vanities, separate showers, and enclosed toilet areas. They feel significantly larger than the newer rooms. The bathroom setup is a big reason I keep coming back! I've enjoyed the restaurants throughout the resort. There's enough variety to suit different tastes and budgets. The casino is clean and always active, too. M Resort has consistently delivered great stays for me. I recommend the West Tower if you want the spacious room and bathroom amenities described above. Choose the East Tower if those features matter less to you and you still want the resort perks. Chiefs gear encouraged for my Kansas City folks!
