There's parking available upon arrival. There's seating alongside the body of water. There's various activities available to do here including walking, taking a seat to overlook the water or people-watch, picnic, BBQ or grill, fishing, and running or jogging. The water was very choppy and the captain had to constantly move us back to our spot to get on the fish. The crew was patient and cool people to fish with. We…read moredrove over 4 hours for this fishing trip and were on the boat from 12:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. The captain moved the boat multiple times trying to find fish, but our entire group of 5 only caught 10 collectively. I understand that fishing is unpredictable and there are no guarantees, but after traveling so far and spending seven hours on the water, we expected a much better experience. The long drive, late hours, and very little action made the trip feel like a waste of time and money. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

The captain tried very hard to find us fish and it was one of the best fishing trips ever. I went with my brother and father for my father's birthday. I personally have been fishing with Brooklyn VI for years with a large group of friends. I have never sought out another boat because of the following: - They have a cool and helpful staff. - If nothing is biting, they ALWAYS tell us to stop and drive out deeper to find a better location. - I literally always have to STOP fishing because I catch too many Blues (don't have the freezer room). The first time I fished with them I caught 9 big blues. I always catch a bunch and then chill the rest of the trip and talk to friends who are pooped. On one trip, my son was about 9 at the time - he caught 3 or 4 by himself and the staff of course pulled the fish in for him. -They clean the fish for you which saves me so much trouble. I don't want to call anyone a liar but I will say, after what, 7 years of fishing with Brooklyn VI, I've NEVER seen the shore when we start fishing, never! I WILL say that I've only fished the weekend 7pm trips so I can only comment on that.

The Sea Queen is the best fishing experience. I come from Pennsylvania a few times a year just to…read morefish with them. The owners are always so accommodating. We do a couple of group fishing trips and they always do their best for any special requests we have. This weekend we did a surprise for my brother and they were amazing. The crew is the best. They are friendly and always there to help. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. With all the changes in Sheepshead Bay they keep with the true feelings of the Bay. I can't wait to go back next month for another amazing group fishing trip. So if you are trying to figure out what to do for the day, definitely go fishing with the Sea Queen. It is great for the whole family. Even the kids enjoy it and it's great to hear them laugh when they catch a fish. Did I happen to mention, they are also very affordable? They have 1/2 day trips so it's great for those with not much time to spare. Just spending the day out on the ocean and spending time with friends and family, makes this the best day vacation.
