The extras like duck sauce are serve-yourself at the counter where you pay for your food. But they're the best Chinese take out in the area, so I deal with it by following their rules & not expecting anything except decent food produced fairly timely & packaged really well for take out. I especially like their egg drop soup, General Tso & Moo Goo Gai Pan. Decent egg rolls. Don't care for their spring rolls, though. If you can't manage a lot of salt, don't eat here. Be sure to ask for no MSG if you don't like that, as it comes standard (& sometimes you'll get MSG anyway). Food is worth the aggravation, esp given there's really not any better Chinese food take out around. Pro Tip - call ahead to place your order a minimum 15 mins!!
