The food was disgusting. The fried shrimp was mushy on the inside. All of the food was mushy and really really soft. It was very nasty.

How perfectly this sums up the food on the night we visited!!

Is this is a pre-game shout out to the Eagles, nicely coated in green fuzz? A science experiment of sorts? How absolutely horrifying that NO employee tending to that section of the restaurant saw this at the buffet. DISGUSTING evidence of why SOME buffets are bad news. Never again will I go back. Ewwww. I dropped it at the counter for the gentleman counting out the piles of 20's out of the register. No concern there. Not one iota. He didn't say one word to me. To be fair, when it first opened this place was worth a visit. However it's gone downhill fast. Dirty, especially the restrooms. I was told by one very snotty waitress, after signing a credit card slip without the tip as I always leave it in cash..."bill does not include tip". No kidding Dick Tracy. I'm usually a plus 20 percent tipper, but at buffets it's a different story. That night was a TOTALLY different story.

Been quite awhile since I've had buffet and I know why. I may have came on a bad day or a late day for lunch (1:30pm). Food was very mediocre. Lots of chicken dishes (chicken with broccoli, chicken tenders, chicken wings, beef was overcooked and tough. The guy at the hibachi tries his best but he really overcooked the dish making it very tough and unappealing. My mom had the sushi rolls and said those were good. Even though it was only $8.99 i felt I didn't get my money's worth (yes alot of food but they all look so drab). Best was the ice cream fridge where you can get individual types of ice cream bars and ice cream. Service was prompt and water filled up quickly. The place really needs a refresh (especially the seats which are all ripped up).

Fried selection: plantains, wontons, French fries, zucchini

When it comes to food, this place has an absolutely insane quantity of it. Way too much for the human eye and stomach to take in. There are choices for everyone from Hibachi, Chinese, Japanese, to all American fare. You will find everything from fresh fruit and salad, sushi, crab legs, chicken in garlic sauce, to french fries and pizza. Not to mention all the desserts, if you have room for that. It's a buffet, a very inexpensive one at that, so the quality of the food is what you would expect for food prepared in mass quantities. For the price, the options and selection can not be beat. You are bound to find a few things that are tasty. Service was friendly and efficient. We were here for an early lunch at 11 am on a Tuesday, so it was rather empty. LUNCH BUFFET (11am-3:30pm) Monday - Friday: $7.59 Saturday: $8.59 DINNER BUFFET Monday-Thurs.: $10.99 (3:30pm - 10:00pm) Fri. & Sat.: $11.99 (3:30pm - 10:30pm) Sunday All Day Dinner: $11.99

The steak was very good, so were the dumplings. The sushi and pork rib not so great. But still worth the trip :)

If variety is what you're looking for, this is the place for you. Had no problem with the food, it is a buffet after all so there are things you should expect, it is not your high end fancy restaurant lol. But I had no complaints, food was great, you could see they changed the batches pretty often, the sushi was okay too. I didn't try the hibachi side but it looked pretty good. Many, many desserts options and in general had a pretty clean vibe to it. Me and my partner spent around $40 with tip. I wouldn't say it's my favorite buffet but it wasn't a bad visit. (Date of visit: November 14th)

This place has a huge selection and you get a lot of bang for your buck! There were rows upon rows of food and a whole section of them featured seafood. I was surprised because many other buffets only serve good seafood on the weekends and we went on a Wednesday night. They had a ton of crab, which weren't super fresh but were acceptable. Their crawfish and shrimp though were delicious and fresh. Flaming Grill also has a large selection of sushi, mostly with imitation crab meat but they were all very good. They also had a variety of fruits and I was surprised that they even offered dragonfruit, one of my favorites but hard to find. Service was outstanding and the waiters cleared our plates away very quickly. The whole place was very clean. For a price of $11.99, I couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely return again when I'm in the area.

a menu for lunch and dinner

They have a big variety of food whether you go for dinner or lunch . Lunch has a big variety and probably cost the same amount as buying a plate of wings somewhere else. They also have a Hibachi Grill that's included in the buffet price if you want someone to cook food in front of you. The place is very large inside and we got seated quickly. It always looks clean to me and they are fast to remove dirty plates from the table .

The Wontons were very large my wife had no concerns and finished it all. Hot and Sour was also very good, flavor a bit different than usual but portion was plenty and I added some of the Lettuce Wrap filling to it and customized it with more crunch. Entree: we split one entree - Shrimp LoMein / Shrimp Fried rice. Even splitting it for two we ended up taking half of both home. Very large portions and the taste was also above average comparable to the better Asian restaurants in the area. Decided on under the moon cafe and loved the atmosphere and ambiance when we first walked in. Different mix matched tables, glasses and plates. Loved the ceiling tiles and comfy looking benches. I love duck and when I read duck Mac and cheese with cherries I was lost in wonder of the combination of flavors so of course I had to order it. Surprisingly it was very enjoyable. The Mac and cheese was nicely made cheesy, noodles weren't over cooked and over all had good flavor with pieces of duck and a few cherries mixed in. I also ordered the burger which was cooked as requested medium rare and was topped with bacon and an onion ring. I upgrade to the Parmesan truffle fries.which I was slightly disappointed in. I didn't see or taste the Parmesan but there was a slight truffle flavor. The fish tacos I heard were good but not really blacked and the vodka sauce was just okay according to others at the table.

I will say, even the bathroom was decorated to instill a sense of nostalgia. We went for brunch and started with a duck mac and cheese. As you'd expect it was a bit lighter on the duck than one would like, but was ultimately well worth trying. I'd say this goes even moreso if you're a fan of duck, as that's not the mac and cheese pairing you see most often. Beyond that, I got the fish tacos. I'm typically afraid of ordering tacos out due to portion size, and while you do only get two tacos, they are rather large, and come with a side of truffle fries which were exceptional. The tacos themselves were also fantastic and filled with the flavor you'd want and expect from the dish. While we were too full to engage with a dessert, I will say our server was nothing short of delightful and we had a wonderful time. The restaurant is in a great location in downtown Bordentown and we will certainly be revisiting when we are back in the area.

The egg roll was quite greasy and the wonton soup was pretty solid with the broth being the star. Oh the white rice was cooked how I expect and wish all Chinese white rice is cooked so that's a plus. It is set up though for karaoke. Our server came over with menus and took our drink order of hot tea and water. She came back with the tea and wonton chips and dipping sauce. They were very good...the sauce was light but complimented the chips perfectly. We decided to share chicken corn soup and a quart of General Tso Chicken. The soup came out in a big bowl and she gave us each a cup. The soup was was like an egg drop soup with corn and chicken. It was good. It had good flavor. It is a good comfort soup. The General Tso Chicken came out with some broccoli (I tend to not like broccoli from Chinese restaurants since it can be really hard) water chestnuts, and some green peppers. Everything was so good. The chicken wasn't heavy or greasy. The coating was crispy but not heavy. Sometimes getting General Tso's Chicken it is mostly the fried coating. This was just enough. It popped in your mouth. The broccoli was cooked perfectly. Al dente without being too hard. The water chestnuts and green peppers were a nice addition too. I thought our food was excellent and the service was very good.
