I loved flame broiler where I come from in scv and when I found out that one opened up recently by my college you can bet is check it out the place wasn't packed like in the one that I come from(which I like) the cashier Juan was very friendly and he said that there's going to be one EVEN CLOSER in a few months by my college oh the boy is that exciting for me. Immediately my interest piqued and I go here once in a while. I like getting the works which is chicken, beef and veggies all together. With brown rice, and green onions on top. Have been coming here since it first opened. They went from giving a reasonable portion to providing what looks like kid portions. This last time I went I even noticed the difference in portions and informed the cashier...assuming because I ordered for here that this was the reason for such a decrease in portion. Well she insisted that this is always the amount they give, and perhaps I noticed a change because they changed their bowls. Uhhhh no m'am these are the same bowls from 3 days ago when I was here! "Well that's the amount we give" This will be my last time here! I order the rice bowl with chicken & it's 3/4 rice and like a handful of chicken! Every time we visit this place we have to eat outside or get our order to go because the inside smells strongly of cleaning products and chemicals like someone just cleaned a row of dirty toilets with industrial strength disinfectants. The odor is sometimes so bad and so strong we have left and gone elsewhere. I could understand deep-cleaning your restaurant after hours but mopping the floors with strong chemicals while patrons are in the restaurant eating? Fail. We decided to take advantage of the coupons and try it.
