Just had my front plate torn off again today and they were kind enough to call me that they found my plate and frame with the screws still intact. I can't help it that my license plate sticks out from the front bumper. It was designed that way. The worker I s/w said because it was an aftermarket part, they won't do anything to help me. I purchased a heavy duty license frame to keep my license plate from getting mangled and/or torn off, but now their equipment tears them completely off, screws and all. There is no dealer license plate frame that is super heavy duty. They just slapped the plate directly onto the bumper with a simple plastic dealer frame. This is not my problem. We shouldn't have to buy a heavy duty license plate frame to keep our license plates from getting damaged! They should be willing to replace any damaged equipment on a car that is damaged by THEIR equipment. They should have the proper cleaning equipment to clean every make and model of car and truck made and not damage them. Steer clear unless you want to have your plate damaged or torn off or other parts.

They clean every surface of the car inside and out (including trunk, mats, and wheels) and wipe it all dry. My car leave shiny. Depending on how busy they are, the attention to detail on the clean can vary. I've had better luck going on weekdays. The wait has typically been about 20-30 minutes. They have a nice waiting area indoors with comfy couches.

To begin, the tire cleaner just hissed air for a minute. I switched to the Presoak function. The stream was so narrow and underpowered even for "low pressure" that I wasted 3 minutes just trying to get coverage on my car. Switching to "High Powered" rinse and soap it is woefully underpowered. Usually bird poop and other clingy things will was off with this type of function, but not here. Also, it took over a full minute for soap to actually appear in the sprayer. Also of frustration, the sprayer boom will not fully circle the car. Moving on to the foam brush, the bristles are so old and thin that it has a better chance of scratching your car than actually scrubbing any clingers. And then there's the "foam" of the brush. It comes out so thin and runny that it just slides down the car. It's a foaming brush, not a soap cannon. I decided to just try to rinse the car. Back to the under powered "high pressure" sprayer. I literally spent 5 minutes trying to get the "foaming soap" off of my car. I tried the wax function, to at least get rid of spots, but as I could tell, there was no actual wax coming through the sprayer. (For 2 minutes) They clearly don't seem to be on top of filling in their liquid solutions. Now my car is spotty and still has dirty areas that cheaper and more effective hand wash places get clean no problem. I wasted nearly 20 dollars and I now have to go somewhere else I know I can actually get my car clean. Most irritating is the fact that if you try to call the phone number on record on their website and on the web that number is no longer in service so you can't even complain to the manager or the owner because I guess they just don't care enough to have a working phone number or they just got too many complaints they just stop paying for a phone service. I took a picture of my dirty car and the receipt hoping that somehow I can possibly get in contact with the manager/owner of this place because their car wash is pathetic.
