Just had my front plate torn off again today and they were kind enough to call me that they found my plate and frame with the screws still intact. I can't help it that my license plate sticks out from the front bumper. It was designed that way. The worker I s/w said because it was an aftermarket part, they won't do anything to help me. I purchased a heavy duty license frame to keep my license plate from getting mangled and/or torn off, but now their equipment tears them completely off, screws and all. There is no dealer license plate frame that is super heavy duty. They just slapped the plate directly onto the bumper with a simple plastic dealer frame. This is not my problem. We shouldn't have to buy a heavy duty license plate frame to keep our license plates from getting damaged! They should be willing to replace any damaged equipment on a car that is damaged by THEIR equipment. They should have the proper cleaning equipment to clean every make and model of car and truck made and not damage them. Steer clear unless you want to have your plate damaged or torn off or other parts.

And, Cannon has drastically raised the prices and even set a minimum price to wash your car. I don't even see a technician around anymore. There is no number to call if there is an issue. This morning I had to move my car to another stall because after the pre-wash it didn't dispense in the wash cycle or even rinse. Chemical damage to my infotainment screen, etc. But this time, I specifically wanted to know if they had a fungicide that they could spray on my floors because it had gotten wet recently, during the rains, the attendant told me they do have that, but only with the super wash. I asked him if I had to request it special, and he said, no, they do it to all the cars with the super wash. At the end when i was paying l was looking at the services that come with the super wash, and I didn't see it there. So I asked the cashier, the cashier said that they don't have that service. They don't have that product. A manager was called, and he said they don't do that. So I told them the only reason I bought the super wash is because the attendant said it came with the super wash, and eventually they charged me the normal price for the car wash that I would have bought, had the attendant not misled me. when I got my car, my EZ pass was missing. They looked on the cameras and said, well, because there's a glare on the windshield, we can't tell if the EZ pass was there. Dave's Auto Spa it is from now on.

They have different tiers of cleaning and I always get the RVA ceramic shine and add the dash protect. They clean every surface of the car inside and out (including trunk, mats, and wheels) and wipe it all dry. My car leave shiny. Depending on how busy they are, the attention to detail on the clean can vary. I've had better luck going on weekdays. The wait has typically been about 20-30 minutes. They have a nice waiting area indoors with comfy couches.
