The Short Pump location is busy but it's staffed and managed well. I've found the staff friendly/ personable and on the ball. I've never had to wait very long to receive my food order or long in line to pay, and they get food orders made right. The food options here are awesome- breakfast, hoagie sandwiches, and interestingly coffee options are my go-too. Sandwiches rival other sub places easily and Wawa is actually my preferred. Food is made to order and never skimpy on the amount. Prices are the cheapest that I have found for similar food anywhere else. Wawa has rewards that give free meals. Points rack up rather quickly. I order from the app and it's easy to use and automatically gives you the points. Best value for the money in my opinion and for better quality food.

His name was Tisean, and he was so personable and accommodating. With his pleasant demeanor, he took several pics of me and we chatted and joked, while we chose the perfect photo! I don't know why everyone else stops but I know I stopped because I have to get some tea, and when you have big National/regional chains you're never guaranteed that you're going to get good service because their chains and they're going to get their business because they are recognizable and popular. I have had mine torn off nearly 4-5 times now and they have accepted responsibility and replaced the license plate frames in the past for me, but not now. Just had my front plate torn off again today and they were kind enough to call me that they found my plate and frame with the screws still intact. I can't help it that my license plate sticks out from the front bumper. It was designed that way. The worker I s/w said because it was an aftermarket part, they won't do anything to help me. I purchased a heavy duty license frame to keep my license plate from getting mangled and/or torn off, but now their equipment tears them completely off, screws and all. There is no dealer license plate frame that is super heavy duty. They just slapped the plate directly onto the bumper with a simple plastic dealer frame. This is not my problem. We shouldn't have to buy a heavy duty license plate frame to keep our license plates from getting damaged! They should be willing to replace any damaged equipment on a car that is damaged by THEIR equipment. They should have the proper cleaning equipment to clean every make and model of car and truck made and not damage them. Steer clear unless you want to have your plate damaged or torn off or other parts.
