This wawa can't follow simple instructions. They mess my order up on a regular basis. Today I asked for extra butter and they gave me a dry bust with no butter. I've gotten them back also with cream cheese on them and I've never asked for that either

I like Wawa for the conscience of "one stop shopping" when traveling. You can gas up, grab a to go item at the deli counter and use the restroom. The employees are nice. The soft drinks are pricier than 7-11 but sometimes they have coupons for specific drinks. Bonus points for the varied condiments.

I hail from the homeland of Wawa, so it's cool to have one still down the street here in the Richmond area. Wawa is the one place us Mid-Atlantic folk notoriously miss when we move out of reach of the convenience store chain. I've been guilty in the past...multiple times. This one and the Brook Road location are equally as close en-route to work for me, but I prefer this one. It's easier to access from Broad Street as I head toward 64. The employees are really nice, the layout is typical, and it moves like a well-oiled machine. The other location's parking can be nightmare-ish, but I haven't had any issues finding a spot here thus far. I'm glad a piece of home is still nearby, and I'll continue to visit this Wawa both for its classic food options and also for the PNC Bank ATM.

I love Wawa and so does the cashier who works here. I was in town to see a friend and asked to stop by Wawa because I love Wawa, esp. the ATM's with no withdrawal fees. It's great to see Wawa in Virginia even with beer being sold inside, which is just unususal comapred to the Wawa's I know up North. Anyway, while getting my soft pretzels and drinks I told the cashier that I love Wawa. She said she does too...so much so, it's written on her license plate. I look a pictire of it on the way out and posted it on Instagram with a #wawa hashtag. Wawa saw the pictire and asked if they could use it for themselves. Of course I said "Yes". I love Wawa !

I had the most BUSSIN' (delicious) milkshake at this very wawa. The staff was very nice too, highly recommend.

I could not think of other popular chain stores, as they are monotonous, all taste one taste, that is salt. I stopped by the nearest Chicken Salad Chick with a lots os skepticism, but left with fulfillment. It is a place for multi- tasting in one plate. A scoop, some salad, loaded with crackers, and sweet grape salad, and amazing dessert on the house which is much more than cookie. Servers were very energetic and funny. They have a history of making the place, to know the history you need to go there.

The food came out pretty quickly and I was happy to see that meal came with a pickle spear and a sugar cookie. The flavor and consistency of the chicken salad was perfect, and the lettuce and tomato were great additions. My only disappointment was the bread, which had the consistency of being grilled on a flattop (it wasn't crispy as you'd expect toasted bread to be). The broccoli salad was tasty, but could have used a bit more dressing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely frequent this establishment whenever I'm in the mood for a healthy-ish lunch.

Not every restaurant review needs to be a long story. Sometimes a place just does what it does,…read moredoes it well, and keeps you coming back. I placed an online order through their app for pickup. The process was simple and straightforward, and the app estimated my order would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes, which lined up almost perfectly with my drive there. It was ready right when I walked in. The staff was friendly, as they always seem to be. I ordered a cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce, tomato, mustard, ketchup, pickles, and onions. For those who don't know, a cheeseburger at Five Guys comes with two patties, so you're getting a solid, filling burger. It came in just under $12 before tax, which I'll admit is on the pricier side for a burger, but the quality justifies it. The ingredients taste fresh, everything is made to order, and it just hits differently compared to your typical fast food chain. There's not much more to say, honestly. It's consistently good, the portion size is satisfying, and it's one of those rare fast food options that doesn't leave you feeling gross afterward. As long as they keep doing what they're doing, I'll keep coming back.

I got a salted caramel milkshake, which meant of course mom had to get a milkshake too (chocolate). The staff was friendly and helpful though, since I needed to wash my hands and helped me combs the bathroom (clean btw!).

Should mean they can kill it on what they offer. I had a smash burger I don't recall the name of it. It was tasty. No sides. The star here was the Spicy milkshake. I did enjoy that very much. I would come back if in the area just for one of those. They seem pretty busy and a lot of take out traffic. Good wait time was pretty long. I ordered two items and it pushed an hour mealtime. Cons: Overpriced for the portions and quality, Self-service ordering only, stingy room-temperature water. This was my first time dining at this location. I tried some of the items from the new Korean style menu. It was pretty late and the roads were still a bit snowy so we were almost the only patrons. We weren't welcomed when we entered, but we were greeted by a block of touch screens for ordering. No one offered to take our order so we made our way through the menu. The only complimentary water available was a self-serve dispenser at the counter with very small paper cups and room temperature water. I almost exclusively drink water and the paid drinks were $3.50+ so this was disappointing. The single K-Shack BBQ burger was amazing and I am looking forward to getting it again. It was a bit light on the sauce but the cashier did give me a feee cup of sauce when I asked. The crispy onions added the perfect texture. The BbQ not a strong or spicy flavor so I recommend anyone to try it. The small K-Shack fries were great. I would have liked a bit more seasoning. They were hot and mostly crisp. The cheese was glommed on, but it tasted good. The small Chocolate Pudding Blackout Shake really had a pudding-like texture and was delicious. My husband got a single hamburger. So that meal was about $40.... In THIS economy?! And it was especially upsetting as the ordering, water, and clean up is self-service. I'll come back once more to enjoy the Korean style menu but that will be it.
