I handed the cashier a $100 bill, but when I received my change back, the amount was incorrect. When I brought it to his attention, he claimed that I had only given him a smaller bill. I know what I handed over, and it was upsetting to have my concern dismissed instead of having the situation properly looked into. What made the experience worse was the lack of accountability and customer service. A simple mistake can happen, but the way it was handled made me feel like I was being accused rather than helped. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed, especially after already dealing with the slow service. I hope management reviews this situation and works on improving both the speed of service and how payment disputes are handled. Customers should feel respected and confident when making a purchase, and unfortunately, this visit left a very negative impression. I will think twice before returning to this location.

We use Flying J almost exclusively for our RV fueling and waste dumping needs and have enjoyed many good night sleeps in the RV quiet areas. While the Carmel Church pump out area was clean, very serviceable, and the windshield washing fluid buckets full I can only give this location two stars due to the obnoxious load speaker volume.

The other location is farther from an exit and requires navigating multiple roads and intersections. This Wawa is located on Sliding Hill Road (State Route 656), Exit 86B off Interstate 95. It is the first exit north of the Interstate 295 junction. Having not stopped since Maryland, I headed straight to the men's room, which was clean. Wawa provides separate restrooms for men and women. The men's room includes a handicapped-accessible stall, a urinal, one sink, and an air dryer. It was clean, though not spotless. I grabbed a hazelnut coffee from the coffee bar, which was generally well stocked, although they were running low on half-and-half--one container was empty and the other nearly so. I did not see a coffee station attendant at the time. I also picked up a SIZZLI sausage croissant with egg and cheese from the warmer. It was good. I used the self-checkout, and the process was quick and uneventful. Overall, this is a nice store with friendly staff. I've stopped here before and will likely return.

The other woman behind the counter, a sweet Hispanic woman, was very respectful & quite embarrassed by her coworker's disrespectful comment. That bathroom should be maintained & the two women had plenty of downtime to clean it. I've been in portable potty's cleaner than this wretched place. 7-11...clean your place up!
