I know what I handed over, and it was upsetting to have my concern dismissed instead of having the situation properly looked into. What made the experience worse was the lack of accountability and customer service. A simple mistake can happen, but the way it was handled made me feel like I was being accused rather than helped. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed, especially after already dealing with the slow service. I hope management reviews this situation and works on improving both the speed of service and how payment disputes are handled.
