Listen for the most expensive car wash option...my car DEFINITELY still has bird poo stains on the hood, which was disappointing...but it wasn't too bad of a wash! ~$21 and I was in and out in like 5 min. And there was a LINE! I live in DC and NOBODY can refer any one to a solid car wash. Where you can clean your car yourself...or have someone else detail it AND have a Drive through. I had to drive 2 hours away to find a solid one! Now grated...I was here bc I had to drive this far to find a decent barber (yes, women use barbers too....)--but I digress. Customer service was PERFECT. A jolly young woman was popping over to each car, asking if you needed help, offering to swipe your card if needed...she was Lovely. Anyway...next time I come, I. Don't usually use this location. Have the monthly subscription. Pulled up and it would not read my tag. Employee was helping someone else, and cars behind me saw it wasn't working and piled in the other lane. There I sat. Employee finally come to me and told me to pull up and back to see if it would read. I'm like, I've done that half a dozen times, but did it for him anyway. He said, It's been doing that all day??? 6 cars had now gone through the other lane. I said "what do I need to do", he said, "I don't know I just work here"... really??? I'm paying a monthly fee, you work here and you don't have a code to put in to get me through the gate... and he walked off... I will not go back here. read more

Employees are so nonobservant ! No greetings, no nothing. As soon as I pulled up to the pay station, employee walked to go chat with his coworker at the other pay station. The guy who pulled me in the wash wasn't paying attention, was too busy talking on the phone! Causing my car to pull completely off the track! I wouldn't recommend this location ! My voucher didn't work but I contacted them and they gave me another one. I still needed assistance when I got there and a young man. Conner came to help. He was very polite, courteous and respectful. He got a manual code to input and I got the free car wash. Thanks Flagstop and Conner for making this happen. Much appreciated. I come to get a car wash here pretty often and I'm happy. The machines are always available and working and the staff aren't just hands off, they jump in to help and offer assistance. Free vacuums are always a plus. They have a rug cleaner that you just feed your floor mats into. I'll be back to use this location and I like how it's organized. read more

I went through the Chester location this afternoon. Paid for the wash and wax, got the express wash. Asked the attendant - he asked if I had a receipt. I didn't have one - he said "sorry about your luck. Nothing I can do." I recommend avoiding this location. read more

I have been here quite often to have my car washed. Occasionally I would vacuum. Today I tried to vacuum sugar out of my car which spilled after getting groceries. A guy came out and told me that I could not vacuum if the car was not washed first. All I wanted was the sugar out. There are no signs stating this. I will never go there again. read more

This place has multiple locations, particularly around the southside. An excellent value if you sign up for one of their unlimited wash plans, however I will say that sometimes the wash does leave a little bit of dirt residue on your car. I do think their express wash stations are still a good value, strong vacuums, etc. read more

The people that work there are nice. The car wash never got the back of my RAV4 clean. It left soap all over my car. I always had to pull up so they could spray the soap off my car. My front license plate is so bent up from the brushes. I had a license plate frame that got broke there. I will go to brushless car washes or the ones that have a wand. I started coming here for the basic $5 wash about once a week, and then decided to join the monthly subscription plan after a few good experiences. Mistake. With nearly every visit since then, there has been an issue with billing, customer service, or "the system". I have had to resubmit my credit card info on the last 3 visits. The gate came crashing down onto my car one of the visits. Didn't have evidence to prove the scrape wasn't on my car previously, so I couldn't do anything. Have been through several times where the type of wash can't be selected. I'm still confused as to how you're guaranteed you're selected wash if cars are released from both lanes at the same time. I asked an attendant about this and he told "there's no real difference anyway". Seriously? I'm paying $15/month and there's no difference in the wash types? I can't believe he admitted it. There's no way to cancel your service at the actual location, and instead you're referred to a customer service number. The vacuums are also less than great. I even went to the other location around the corner (next to Burger King), hoping for less issues. The manager there was all kinds of awkward and borderline rude. He said I couldn't come through because the RFID was too far up into my window. I told him that's where the Bermuda Crossing location placed it. He told me he had to give me a new one in a different location on the car. That's understandable, and I told him that. But since it wouldn't look nice in other places, I told him I'd just go to the normal location because the scanner reads it fine there. This guy literally folded his arms on my open window, leaned into my car, and talked to me for a good five minutes about how that was "incorrect", and "as a manager" he couldn't advise me to go to the other location because "they'll tell you the same thing". Hey, maybe it really IS policy to not have it so far up in the damn window. But let me leave please! And back the hell up when you're speaking to people. I literally had to ask, "Am I not allowed to leave?" before he let me back up and go. read more

I joined the club and I'm happy for the most part. I try to use the car wash a couple times per week. On at least two occasions, all the brushes inside the drive thru weren't working. It got fixed the first time, then a week later, they weren't working again. Another issue I'm running into, if there's no adult management on site, the youngsters are gonna goof off. I'm all for giving kids a job but there should be some supervision. And at least two people working when the location is open. Yesterday, one girl was apparently working the store by herself. She was attending to a customer near the carpet mat machine, cars were waiting to enter the wash, and there were no blue towels available during all of this. read more

They are ripping you off - this is the 3rd time we have paid for the wash with tire wash and it is not working. Sure the machine allows you to pay for it and it also lights up - you think you are getting them cleaned only to find out it is broken and they are taking your money. Check your tires if your purchase this item. read more

Pretty good carwash would be nice if they had a bug prep area. They always seem to have pretty good quality products.

We stopped at Flagstop for a quick wash to get some dirt off of our grocery getter. The car wash didn't get all of it off, and Taylor was so helpful. She said it looked like tar or something of that nature, she went and got a spray bottle out of the office, got down on her knees and scrubbed the heck out of the side of my car. Like magic the tar disappeared and she even let us go back through the car wash for a rewash to get the solution off, and get it super shiny again. I will definitely be back. I have never really been satisfied with this car wash but it's been the most convenient to my house and in my way to Richmond. Washes used to be $5.00, then they increased to $6.00. Last time I was there, they were closed for remodeling to install new equipment. Just left there and the wash wasn't even as good as the old equipment produced. Plus, the price has gone up to $7.00. When I asked why the price had increased again, the young lady said because they added an $18.00 wash. That makes sense....they increased the basic price for everyone because they added a new expensive package for a few! Hmmm.....when I heard her ask her manager why the price went up, he said because they were letting customers use free cloths. Well, that makes much more sense!! Lastly, at the end of the wash, my car jolted up so hard, I thought the car behind had hit me. When I asked the car behind me what happened, she said my car lifted up as I was pulling out. When I questioned this, I was told there was a trap door at the end of the track and the rubber wheel over it caused my car to bolt. That sounds like some awesome new equipment. That along with total lack of a quality wash, will allow me to cross this local business off my list. Only giving one star because I can't post unless I do. read more

This wash tends to lure people in with the promise of a $5 wash but then to get what's considered a basic wash at any other location, it's a few dollars more. Keep in kind, though that you can often find coupons to reduce the cost of nicer washes and vacuums are always free. Overall great value but not a miracle worker. read more

I just started coming to this location because of the new management at the location i use to go to. This place is awesome! I can get in and out in no time. I use to go to the flagstop behind wawa across from kroger but the kids take forever and don't really do a good job all while the new manager is doing nothing but yelling at them. That location has really gone down in the last 6 months but mainly the last month. All I know is everyone should come here for the great wash and the amazing vacuums! Also the staff here are very helpful. I will definitely continue to come here. read more
